It took way too long for the angel and witch huntress to let go of each other before Dean and Sam came in clearing their throats at them to get their attention which actually did. "so uh, we found a case. You guys in?" Sam asked "Yeah!" Kayla squealed "I guess I can be of help" Cas sneaked through the conversation "Awesome! let's saddle up baby and we're off" Dean said before disappearing and going to the garage. Kayla and Cas went up to her room to pack a bag. "I don't get why you don't just use your magic to do these things" Cas said a bit confused "Easy. I don't want to. I'm trying to not be a witch especially if my brothers hate it and besides... it's painful after I use some of my magic. I want to be human. I wanna be normal" she said while throwing some shirts in the bag along with other essentials "But you're a hunter, you can't be normal" Cas frowned at that confusingly "I didn't say I want a normal life, Cas" "Alright Alright" he soothed and walking up to her putting his hands on her arms "I'm sorry I brought it up. I was just confused that's all. I didn't mean to hit a nerve" Cas added on softly rubbing her arms up and down so soothingly as comfort "no, it's ok.  you didn't know anyway. I'm sorry for snapping at you" "That's quite alright" he replied before pressing another kiss on her forehead "How about I help with your packing?" "Oh. Sure I guess" And with a snap of a finger, her clothes organised into her bag and some of the clothes and stuff that she didn't put in yet where there. "is that all?" Cas asked "well...yeah. Yeah, that's quite awesome" he breathed out a laugh "alright. Now, let's close the bag and go" "right" she said before she closed her duffel bag and turned to leave "oh. wait...before anything" she turned and kissed him one long passionate last kiss and taking him off guard before pulling away and said "my brothers won't let us hear the end of it if we do it in the car or in front of them" "true!" he chuckled out before pecking one in return and gently pushing her to leave the room. 

~~~ In Baby ~~~ 

With Cas and Kayla in the back, Sam in the passenger seat and Dean driving, the ride was pretty quiet. until; "Hey bunny. Once we arrive at the motel me and Dean wanna talk to you" Sam said softly stretching his head a bit backwards at her.  "oh. sure. Anything wrong?" Sam and Dean gave glances at each other for their sisters question "well..what is it?" Kayla asked now a bit anxious at the silent looks of her brothers. "we'll talk in the motel, ok kitty? don't worry about it" Dean said to her with the same tone as Sams. "ok! those tones are freaking me out. what's wrong guys?" "We'll talk in the motel!!" Dean replied with a raised tone making her sulk in like a kicked puppy and hush up. He never talked to her like that. Cas put a hand on her thigh as comforting before pulling he close to him as he gave Dean glares. "Dean! why don't Sam talk to Kayla and I talk to you?" Cas gnarled at the oldest hunter "no. it's ok guardian angel. I'll be fine. I crossed a line. Please. it's probably family things. don't worry about it" Kayla soothed into his shirt making Cas looking down at her with a soft sympathising look "Al..Alright? but if you need anything, just pray for me" she nodded and they snuggled in together. 

~~~In the motel~~~ 

"Kayla." Sams head popped from behind Kayla's motel room door she was sharing with Cas. At the moment Cas went to go buy some stuff. Beer, snacks, food, anything the winchesters wanted. Kayla looked up from her laptop to see her twins head "right." She said setting her laptop aside and walking with Sam to his room with Dean. Seeing Dean sitting in a slouched back on the edge of his bed with his thumb nail in between his teeth, he sat up as soon as he saw the twins coming in. "Hey kitty" he gently whispered getting up from his seat "first off, I just wanted to say I'm sorry for the yelling in the car" "No. it's..it's not your fault I was being pushy" "you were being nervous and anxious. we don't blame  you. it's both our faults really" Sam said "Look, Bunny. We have to talk about a little thing Cas told Dean last night" Kayla tilted her head to the side "ok um.. not that this is any of my business but...what was Dean and Cas talking about?" "you" Dean butted in looking down on her "wha...why?" Kayla asked kind of feeling like being pinned in the middle "because...since he's an angel he...he had some questions about stuff" Dean stated to explain but Kayla being Kayla she had to interrupt "what kind of stuff?" "I was getting to that... um..well...he told me that when he saw  you he felt warm but..I snapped and thought that he had the hots for you BUT...Turned out...he snapped at me because of being the way I was with him...I was a dickish over protective brother." "Yeah, And I was an over protective twin. we just don't want to see you get hurt." Kayla remained silent for a bit and just looked at them with more interest "what did he say to you, Dean?" she simply "to be honest... I asked him to tell me one thing he knows about you that me and Sam don't know about...and kitty what he said.... it struck me" Kayla knew where this was going actually feeling her heart beating more faster and faster "Kayla" Sam moved closer to her than before and laid a hand on her shoulder "we just want you to know that..whatever you do, no matter what you do...we will never abandon you... me and Dean will always be here with you. No one is perfect. Let alone us winchesters." "yeah Kitty when Cas told me all those words I couldn't believe what I was hearing... I'm so sorry for seeming like we're pressuring you. we love you so damn much we will never even think about doing what you think we will do. Let alone do it." Kayla couldn't speak she was too surprised and shocked as to what she was hearing. "Kitty?" Dean asked trying to get her to look at him "Bunny?.. Kayla say something" Sams voice was getting a bit higher "uuuuhh I... um.. w...well... uh.. I..I don't know what to say guys. Thank you for those words. but fear is still fear" "We know but do you have any other fears other than that?" Sam asked gently "well... that's my main phobia. Being a disappointment" "you're not. You're so not" "Yeah?...then why did mum and dad put me in the adoption centre?" "Kayla! don't bring that up" Dean croaked taking out his hand and making a slow down motion with it. Kayla sniffed in some air and chewed on her lip before puffing it out "fine. I won't bring it out" She said avoiding eye contact. 

The brothers tried analysing her moves and seemed like she's about to burst into tears any minute and any one of them was happy to oblige and be of help and a shoulder to cry on but surprisingly she kept them to herself "so... that's what you wanted to talk to me about?" "yeah. pretty much" Sam breathed out with his hands in his pocket before leaving a small break and adding on with "are you gonna be ok?" "yeah. I'll be fine. I'm gonna head to bed. I'm really tired." "alright. night bunny" Sam said pressing a kiss on her head and a hug as Dean did the same but instead he kissed her forehead. She walked out of their room and went into hers and Castiels. She snuggled into her sheets and pillow and actually manged to fall asleep.
