The second step

"Kitty!!" Dean called out from the moment Sam and him entered. "Yeah!!!" her voice sounded distant. "Get ready in 2 hours!" Dean told her from the door. 

"what? why?!" her voice still sounding distant yet also confused. 

"Just listen to me!! get ready! and wear something smart casual!" Dean said being a fashion diva earning a small grimace from Sam "Really?" Sam sassed him with what is now a  crooked smirk. 

"Shut up! My best friend is gonna propose to my sister! don't ruin this happiness for me!" Dean hissed lowly so he would not be heard. 

"what?!" The sound of Nathans dazed voices was heard from behind them. 

"Hey little man!" Dean chimed 

"Is.. Did I hear right?" Nathan asked with a slightly excited grin before going over to them and whisper "Is Cas proposing to mum?!" 

"damn right!" Dean said excitedly seeming like a 10 year old himself. 

"Awesome! I'm gonna tell John" Nathan grinned before he ran to John's room.

Flutter of wings

"Did I hear right?! Is my baby brother proposing to my deer?" Gabriel came in with an ecstatic grin on his face. Sam relaxed when he just saw his boyfriend before going over to him and cupping his cheeks before kissing him "you heard right" he said with a smile. Gabriels face lit up at that statement. 

"John!" Nathan whispered as soon as he arrived next to his brothers opened bed room door seeing him read a comic book on his bed. "Mum's gonna get proposed to by Cas" 

John bolted up from his bed "no way!" He whisper screamed in happiness. 

"Yes way!!" they both grinned in ecstatic wide grins "This is gonna be an awesome...our step dad is gonna be an angel" John whispered rather happy

"I know right!! we have our step brother who's a half angel too! Our lives are awesome!" 

"True! and yes it is!" 

"Hey guys! What's going on?!" Jack chimed in with a half smile behind the door next to Nathan.

"Jack! castiel is gonna propose to our mum!" John told the half angel. 

"Awesome! I'm gonna go tell her" Jack said about to start walking away to Kayla's room almost ruining it.

"what?! NO!" John whisper squealed before Nathan panicked and jumped on him tackling him to the ground and covering his mouth being followed by John and witnessing  this huddle "shut up!!" Nathan whispered to Jack while Jack still struggled to get out of his tackle.

"Hey guys!! Have you seen my?!" Kayla stopped in the middle of the hallway seeing the boys huddled on the ground as they stopped frozen  "hey boys.. you ok?" she asked in a half curious tone. 

"yeah!! We're fine mum!" Nathan said still on top of Jacks back still covering mouth "wh wh wh what are you doing here?" 

"Iii Live here...That's why I'm going to take a shower..and do I need to know why you and your step brother is on the floor?" she asked like she's talking to a bunch of 5 year olds. 

"No you don't! and of course! Silly me! go! go! go take your shower! we were just playing tag and he liked to be tackled this way instead of just being tagged normally." Nathan made up his spot on of a lie. 

Kayla raised an eyebrow and nodded incoherently "Alright. love you" she said unease and a bit weirdly

"love you too!!" The twins chanted while Jack was sounded muffled while saying that by the cause of Nathans hand on top of it. Once Kayla was out of sight. Nathan was still on top of Nathan to try and tackle him down "Are you crazy?! Mum is suppose to be the last person to know!" his yell still in a hush.
