the process.

It's been already 4 months since Kayla found out she was pregnant and everyone was phsyced about it. They moved back into the bunker a week after they found out.

~~a week later after they found out~~

Kayla and Cas were on the Same bed cuddling around as Dean and Sam and the boys came in play with John already being in the room. "I can't wait to meet our little bundle!" Dean smirked at his sister. Kayla chuckled "me neither" she cooed looking at her stomach already rubbing it. When all of a sudden a bleep from John's phone rang. They all looked at him with curiosity getting the best of them. "it's your mother" he nonchalantly said looking at the phone sighing. He looked at the text and glared lightly at it "apparently... Me and you boys have to choose... If it's your sister or her" the boys growled underneath their breaths as Kayla held in a small cry with Castiel holding her more and placing his lips next to her ear whispering sweet nothings into it trying to calm her down.

"i've had enough of this! She wants us to choose! I choose kitty!!! Sam?! Dad?! Who do you pick?!" Dean said angrily enough as he seems. Sam glared and got up "Bunny it is!" Sam growled still seeming cute though. John looked at his boys. He bit his lips before he chuckled with a scoff "I can't believe I'm queerbaiting. My daughter always comes first.. She's being ridiculous" John said before he texted her back their answers. A few moments later, the next text replied with "wow... Thanks. Fine..  I'll leave the bunker and you can have it back. I don't care anymore! If she unleashes her monster that's inside her don't come back to me!" everyone gave each other apologetic looks as Kayla was the one who was feeling heart broken but was comforted and helped by her family and fianceè.

~~~ In the bunker. Present day~~~

Kayla was feeling more bloated by the day and was getting quite insecure but with the help of Cas and her family, she was always smiling well...  According to her mood swings that is. She was cleaning the dishes one afternoon and Cas just appears behind the doorway "Kayla. You should rest." he said walking up to her and going behind her placing his arms around her as his hands reached her belly. Kayla leaned into his touch and placed her hands on his which were circling her stomach. A smile conjured her face "I was just washing the dishes"

"Uh uh! That's what the dishwasher is for! Now let's get you to bed" he said softly placing a kiss on her temple. "Cas I'm..." "going to rest. Now, come on" he said adding on to her sentence slowly pulling her out of the kitchen. Kayla sighed and shook her head "this is unbelievable" she mumbled. "I heard that and it is now. I just want you and our child healthy. Now hush up and let's rest" he said as he arrived to her room before laying her down on her bed as he slid down next to her enveloping her in his arms and holding her against him. A few seconds of comfortable silence surrounded them. When all of a sudden Kayla flinched and gasped "Cas.. Have you felt that?" Castiels eyes widened as his lips broadened a huge grin "I sure did. Our little one just kicked.  We should get her to football practice once she's old enough" Castiel said with a fond smile caressing the baby bump on Kayla's stomach. "um... She? I... It's gonna be a girl?" Kayla asked with a surprise.  Castiel looked up and smiled "yes... We're gonna have a baby girl" he said to her stroking her hair behind her ear. Kayla gasped out a happy sob and hugged him ever so tightly "oh my God! This is amazing! Nathan is gonna be so thrilled!!" Kayla exclaimed through Castiels neck.

3 months later ~ 7 months pregnancy

"DEAN!!!" kayla called out with a whine from the couch waving her hand in mid air "what happened?! You OK?!" Dean popped out from behind the door behind the couch

"why am I so ugly?!?!" Kayla sobbed out into her hands. "what?!" Dean exclaimed running over to her "Why did you ask someth.. Oh.. Hormones." he mumbled after sighing "Kitty. Listen to me. You're beautiful. You're my beautiful and gorgeous kitty. And I love you so much. So so so so much. It would kill me if I lost you." he tried to do what he learnt from the internet on how to handle hormonal pregnant women. Kayla looked at her brother teary eyed before she let out another gross sobbing before she pointed at the TV "I mean look at her... She's way prettier than me!! I hate myself!!" she said through her sobs. Dean actually was taking this to heart seeing his sister put herself down like this. "kitty" he whispered before he sat down next to her and scooped her onto his chest "don't compare yourself to others. You're beautiful the way you are. Don't let anyone else put you down." he whispered again over her head squeezing her a light squeeze. She sniffled into his shirt and cleared her throat "thank you puppy. I owe you one" "not at all, kitty"

~~A month later. 8 months pregnant~~

"Saaamm!!" Kayla called out from her room. His head appeared behind the door "yeah bunny? Can you get me some Ice cream and gummy bears? I'm hungry!"

"sure!"

"thanks! Make sure it's the big tub and packet!!!" she called out again. "no problem!!" Sam left the bunker to buy her snacks. A few minutes after he came back with her snacks and went to her room to finding her Crying in her pillow. "bunny!!" Sam panicked before going up to her "bunny! What's wrong?!" Kayla sobbed and exclaimed "NOT CARL!!!" she sobbed into her pillow "Wh... Who's Carl?" Sam asked flabbergasted "Carl Grimes! Walking dead character! Sam I'm so confused!! There's this actor he looks just like dad!!" she spoken through her sobs. Sam sighed before he gently placed a hand on her shoulder "it's just a show bunny. Come on. I got you your ice cream and gummy bears. Come on. Wanna eat up?" Kayla nodded her head and reached for the snacks before she scooted over and whimpered "Can you stay next to me? I don't wanna be alone" Sam chuckled, sliding next to her.

~~~1 month later. 9 months pregnany~~~

"URRGGHHH! I can't wait to get this thing out of me!!!" Kayla exclaimed groaning at her stomach. John and Cas chuckled "you will. Just give it time princess" John said kissing her head looking at her  cute angry pout "i'm feeling so heavy!! I feel like a whale!!" "you're not a whale.. You're the beautiful mother of this child and the most beautiful soon to be bride and wife I got  lucky to ever will have." Cas told her. "I swear I just wish that this kid is just out of my goddamn uterus!" Kayla stated.

"don't bring my father into this!" Cas said a bit sternly. "sorry!" Kayla whimpered. "I love you" she added "I love you too" he said kissing her temple. Kayla huffed before she took a sip of her water but felt something funny going on between her legs. "honey. You spilled your water. I'll get that for you" John said absentmindedly "uh.. Daddy... N
.no.. Um.. I... I think... The baby heard me...my water broke.." "oh shit!!" John exclaimed. "don't panic!" Cas said pressing his fingers on each of Kayla's and John's head and was in Kayla's room. "DEAN! SAM!!  BOYS!!! GET IN HERE!!! KAYLA'S ROOM!! A BABY IS COMING!!" footsteps are being heard galloping through the bunker before they entered "oh awesome!!" Dean exclaimed. Flutter of wings were heard. Gabriel, chuck and Angelica as Jack was already in the bunker. "OK! Step aside! Move it! Uncle Gabe in the room!  Everyone out!! Except for Castiel! Out!!" as soon as everyone is about to leave the room Gabe exclaimed "wait!!!" before he grabbed Sam and kissed. Gabe smiled as so did Sam "OK! Now I'm satisfied. Now go! Everybody out!" Gabe said Before he turned to Cas and asked "ready to have your daughter bro?" he smirked. Cas nodded and went to hold Kayla's hand for the contractions and birth.

~~~After 30 minutes~~~

Gabe came into the Library. "you may now see the mother and baby just don't be loud. You'll wake up the baby" everyone nodded and entered the room. The looks of happiness was all over everyones faces. "hey guys" Kayla whispered holding the baby girl in her hands "Nathan..  Meet your new sister" Nathan was about to go into a crying fit.. "sister?..  Oh God!" he sobbed silently

"again.. What did I do?" Chuck said sighing

"figure of speech. Sshh!" Dean hushed.

"yes sweetie. Sister. Do you wanna name her?" She asked her Son. "R.. Really?.. Can I? Cause I've been working on girl names."

"have at it" Cas smiles. Nathan grinned tearfully before he went.. "Ava.. I like Ava. Can we name her that?"

The couple looked at each other with fond smiles "Ava. I like it." Kayla nodded
"that's a deal breaker. Ava it is" Cas agreed. And so... That happened.
