wait. I have a twin?

Arriving at the bunker. Kayla still hadn't awoke. The recent hunt wasn't that much of an easy one for her. Sam got out and went at the back smiling at her peaceful state. And he didn't want to ruin her sleep. So, he gently scooped her out of the Impala still bridal style before closing the car with his foot. 

"HEY! Don't kick baby!" Dean snapped 

"Sorry! my hands are full!" Sam sassed 

"Then you should've told me to close it for you" Dean glared before bending down and rubbing off the shoe mark "I'm sorry baby. That will never happen again to you" Dean cooed before rubbing it in comfort as Sam rolled his eyes and went in before taking Kayla to bed and letting her rest. He gave her one stroke on her head before kissing her forehead but leaving to find Cas behind him.

"Jesus!! Cas!" Sam jumped with his hands on his chest panting out his breaths

"Is Kayla alright?! I'm not feeling a good aura from her" Cas panicked before he rushed next to her and put his hands on her torso "she's in trauma. what?! happened?!" he growled turning to Sam "we will tell you later. How is she?" Sam softly said. Castiels eyes softened before looking at Kayla and stroking her hair "she will be ok but it will take her a while to get through the trauma." Cas stated before he stroked his fingers in her wave of curls of her dirty blonde hair. "she needs her rest" he concluded before kissing her nose and going back up to Sam and walked out to find Dean hovering a slice of pie from the fridge. 

Sam walked up to an empty seat and sighed feeling beat. Cas frowned between the 2 of them "What?! Happened?!" He repeated again now "can you tell me what went on for  Kayla to be feeling this way?!" Cas said in a quite angry tone. The angel was quiet protective over this human. 

"we had a case which involved Kayla's phobias. we told her to back down but you know how stubborn she is.. and so.. w...w...we we we went to the case and finished it" Sam explained roughly feeling himself beating himself up. 

"WHAT?!" Cas exclaimed "You went on a hunt where Dolls were included?!" 

"how did you know her phobia was dolls?!" Dean butt in 

"I speak to Gabriel!! he's her guardian angel." Cas with a rather 'what do you think?' face. "Guys!! Kayla doesn't have a reason for the fear but that was not cool at  all!!" 

"she insisted!!" Dean barked at the angel 

"Well knowing how much you cared for her, you either caused her to fight her fear or tried to stop her from getting hurt! oh...wait..right..YOU WENT FOR THE FIRST ONE!" Cas was actually showing emotions for the first time. That Sam and Dean backed away from him not wanting to feel this angels wrath. 

Cas breathed as hard as he could "god!! what is your sister doing to me?!" He said now feeling weak as he was seeming like he was collapsing. 

"woaw woaw hey" Sam deeply said before catching him and sitting him down. "wow Cas... Y...you really love our sister do you?" Cas stared at both of the men in front of her before sighing "yes." he insisted "but I don't know how! I can't! i'm an angel!" 

"well.. angel or not...these are feelings Cas. and for that we thank you for taking care of her when we couldn't." Sam said to him kindly. Cas looked up with his eyes already starting to go misty before he nodded and whispered "it's my honour. Kayla is an...amazing person. She taught me things no one ever taught me... and..she's... she's the only human that gave me this sense of" 

"Aargh! it's ok no need to get into details! we got it!" Dean said squeezing his eyes shut and swishing his hand in the air as a "stop it" sign. "just...thank you" 

"you're welcome Dean. But... we have one problem. Lucifer is back...and he has a son. Jack." Castiel said grimly. The Winchesters faces turned serious and dark "wh...wh..what?" Sam stammered with a feared look in his eyes. 

"I know you and him have disagreements but"

"Disagreements?!?! HE POSSESSED MY BROTHER CAS!! IF I SEE HIM I WILL WANT TO KILL HIM!!" Dean screamed. 

"Keep! your voices!! down!! Kayla is still asleep!! why the hell is Lucifer back?!" Sam said in an angered tone at Cas. 

"I don't know!! but we best keep your sister safe! either wise! Lucifer is gonna want to try both of the Winchester twins!" he warned in a gnarl along with his glare. Sam took a minor step back and his nostrils flared "what do we do?" 

"just...protect her. don't let her out of your sight" Cas ordered. Sam and Dean just took their hard breaths 

"Alright. How are we gonna do this? Go down hell, with guns ablazing? or sneak in and kill the sonofabitch?!" Dean kept his grim look in his face as his voice and eyes darkened. 

"neither! I'm going there and kill him myself! You stay here and take care of her" 

The second they turned they found an arms crossed over the chest with a raised eyebrow "I'm not some treasure you have to protect guys! I can take care of myself" Kayla's voice filled with intensity before she grabbed her weapons and glared at all of them. "let's go kill that sonofabitch" She overheard all of it before she went up to them and looked into Castiels baby blue eyes before kissing him "I love you" she whispered "take us there. Please" it wasn't a sign of permission it was more of a kind order. 

"Kayla." Cas was about to start "No. Cas. Take us there!" Kayla stopped him by cutting him off. Cas sighed "I can't" 

"why not?!"

"Because he will kill you!!!!" Cas exclaimed cupping her face in his hands pressing his forehead against hers. "please. Please... don't make me" he said as tears conjured his eyes  before he hit Kayla's lip. Kayla was shocked at his bad state before she pulled him for a hug. She remained silent as she held him close to her as he kept on tearing up due to the fact that she kept on feeling his tears wetting her shoulders. She clearly didn't mind. 

"Bunny" Sam sofly soothed. Kayla gently let go of Cas before wiping his face with her thumbs before turning over to her twin. "Kayla, it's not that you're a kid. You're more than that. It's just that...we simply care about you and we don't want you to get hurt." 

"Well thank you. but if I get hurt..I can take care of myself Sam" she said before she hugged him. 

"And I'll kill him for you I promise" she added on in a whisper before she rushly let go and ran to baby before she drove herself to hells gate.
