wait. I have a twin?

Overcoming.

It's been a week, Kayla was forced by her brothers to take it easy because the doctors said so. Now it's finally time to kick some ass. 

"Dean! Sam! I'm out!" Kayla called out walking to the door. 

"Where do you think you're going alone, Princess?" Dean asked with narrowed eyes in curiosity 

"Where do you think,charming?" Kayla sasses giving him a bitch face. "Hey! watch that tongue with me and don't you give me that face again! Where are you going?" Dean said with upset cowering his voice.  

"Since no one worked on that previous case, I'm gonna do it myself. So..Are you in, or not?" She asked giving him a firm look in her eyes. She looked so determined that Dean was actually Hell bent on helping her overcome this fear, that he called Sam not taking glance off of her. 

"Sammy!! Gear up!!" he paused while still looking at Kayla "we're gonna continue that case" Dean added on. Kayla smiled at him as he grabbed her face and kissed her forehead "I'm proud of you, Even mum and Dad would be proud of you" Dean whispered holding her up close to him. Kayla's face dropped before biting her lip. "hey..what's the matter?" Deans face turned serious before stroking her cheek with his thumb giving her a concerned look. 

"n..nothing. I'm ok" She said with a small smile looking at him. 

Sam was down next to them before they knew it. The 3 Winchesters walked out to the Impala and blared "TNT: By AC/DC" Kayla singing along like a 5 year old child along with Dean which was complimented by Sams groans and temple rubbing in frustration having 2 intolerable siblings in a car with him. "You know what Sammy?! Kayla should be in the front seat not you!" Dean pouted making Kayla laugh before wrapping her arms her twin from behind "don't worry Sammy bear! Your turn will come" she said in a baby tone before kissing his head with a "mmmwa!" Sam managed out a chuckle and shook his head smirking "Oh really, when is that?" 

"Never!" Dean said smirking, Sam kept his smirk before looking out the window. "you 2 are unbelievable! And Bunny, You should be siding with me not him!" 

"Well Sammy, whoever's right gets to be sided! and Dean has awesome taste in almost everything!" Kayla smirked. 

"So I don't have style" he said to self confirm with a raised eyebrow 

"Well...you can tell me which conditioner you use. Your hair looks smooth, you got style in hair products" She said jokingly causing Dean to laugh heartfelt and shaking his head with his huge grin on his face. Sam shook his face and just smirked looking out from the window. 

The second they arrived Kayla's stomach turned and squeezed itself like a warning for her to back away. A harsh gulp went down her throat causing the brothers to frown at her. 

"Kitty, you don't have to do this" Dean mumbled to her seeing her fear surrounding her. 

"no..no I wanna do this" She said hesitantly. She really doesn't. She hates dolls. She doesn't have any bad experiences but they just creep her out. She gulped another time "Al..Alright. l... Let's go" she stuttered before she sucked in a breath and getting out of the Impala. The brothers shared one last concerned look at each other for their sister and got out. 

The 3 Winchesters crept inside the house which now had no people living in it but the ornaments where still there. Kayla's heart was starting to beat as fast as it could going out of rhythm. She held her breath before they arrived at the door where the incident started. Kayla closed her eyes, held her breath and slowly opened it whimpering her tears which were starting to form. 

Sam laid a hand on her shoulder "it's ok bunny" he whispered "We're here for you. Go on" he added squeezing a hand on her shoulder for comfort. Kayla sobbed out a small whimper before taking a deep breath in and out and opening the door with closed eyes, she entered with closed eyes before slowly opening them and letting out a pierced scream before rushing out of there "i can't! I can't! I can't! I can't!!" she sobbed her heart racing as she tried to cool it off but ragged breaths were consuming her.
