A

aliyah and Axel had been talking about canceling the engagement and Axel honestly thought that it was a good idea. He liked Ashley and Aaliyah obviously loves Jordan, so it would only make sense to cancel if they both weren't happy.

Aaliyah was asleep in Axel's arms. He was running his fingers through her hair and honestly she was beautiful, but every time he thought about her dream, he couldn't help but think about the future that they could have.

Aaliyah was talking about the family that they made. They had three beautiful children and that warmed Axel's heart. Axel always wanted a family. He was baby obsessed. Aaliyah spared him no details. She told him everything and he could've only imagined how amazing it would be to have a family of my own.

They had twin sons and a daughter.

The twins were named Tristan Joel Garcia and Tyler Miguel Garcia. Their daughter was named Emma Jocelyn Garcia and Axel couldn't help but smile at that because he had always wanted to name his daughter some form of the name Emily.

According to Aaliyah, their kids all looked just like Axel. Tristan and Tyler had Axel's curly locks, but Tyler had his eyes while Tristan had Aaliyah's. Emma was apparently the spitting image of her mother. She had straight brunette hair and golden eyes. Axel truly wanted a family like that. He wanted someone to call his children and he wanted to teach his sons how to play basketball - even if he was shit at it. He wanted to play tea party with his daughter. He wanted to do all the things that his father had never done for he, Everett and Morgan, his sister.

Morgan had just come back from college to spend some time with her brothers as it was Spring Break. In all honesty, Axel really missed his sister. Morgan, Everett, and he were 'The Three Musketeers'. All of them used to be so close. Even if Everett was older, Axel always protected him, just as Morgan had protected them before. When their dad left, they were forced to stick together because Lucas' siblings were all he had. Their mom was in a bad state for a long while until she met Axel's step dad, Richard.

Things had certainly changed since they were little. Everett used to dress like Axel, but he changed to the nerd look for whatever reason. Axel always protected Everett from the world because everyone made fun of his stutter that has since vanished. Everett and Axel used to be inseparable, now it seemed as if they couldn't get far enough away from each other. Axel wanted their old relationship back, but first, he should talk to him about Ashley.

After about an hour of pondering over every written scenario, Axel just went with his gut and carefully got out of bed, making sure not to wake up Aali.

Axel walked down the hall. He knocked on his brother's door and heard a faint 'come in'. Axel walked in to see Everett at his desk doing his homework. He lifted his head up from the equation to look at his younger twin.

"What are you doing here?" Everett questioned.

"Can I ask you something?" Axel asked. Everett nodded and he continued.

"Would you tell someone if you saw something you weren't supposed to see?" Axel asked.

"Always tell someone, Axel. Even if it was something bad, the truth is always unearthed." Everett wisely commented.

"I saw Ashley kiss you." Axel blurted out as he saw his brother's mouth gap open.

"Y-You w-w-what?" Everett stuttered. He cursed to himself as he realized that not only was he stuttering again, but Axel knew his secret.

"I saw you two in the hallway. Ev, I just wanna know why you did it? Why would you kiss her back if you knew Ashley and I had something? Oh God, she didn't tell you, did she?" Axel stammered over his own sentences, his severe anxiety hitting him hard. Everett held his brother's hand throughout it all, trying to assure him that he was okay.

"No, I knew. Ashley was my first kiss, Axel. But before I knew it, we were snogging on the couch. I have no idea what the hell happened, Axe, but it did." Everett admitted and Axel could only hug him in response.

"Alright, I believe you. Just don't fall for her, okay?" Axel joked. Everett had a nervous chuckle that escaped his mouth. Axel just ignored it, but as he walked out of his brother's room, said man said something that repeated in Axel's mind.

It might be too late for that.
