Imagine tell Steve what to do on the mission despite him being the Captain.

"Steve please listen to me." You said as Steve looked up at you showing he was listening.

"I know you're captain  and all but I know I how to go in on this. I've done this before, wait why didn't Fury just... never mind. Anyways...." you continued but stopped to look at Steve who was looking at you but he didn't look like he was paying attention to a word you said.

"Steven.." you started making him snap out of a daze you didn't know he was in.

"Yes."

"Are you even listening to me?" You said with a huff as you heard the elevator ring and began walking to the conference room.

"Yes I am." He said while walking almighty down the hall way.

"Okay what did I say." You said with a smirk knowing he wasn't listening.

"You said we should go on a date tonight. I love it. So I'll pick you up at 6 and we can go to this restaurant I've been dying to try out." He said while smirking down at you while you were taken back and started slowing down.

"Wait...."

"Oh look we're here! Let's go see what the rest of the team thinks of the mission. Steve said as he opened the doors for the two of you.

You were still shocked but you had a small smile on your face. You looked at the rest of the team and saw that they were smirking. You rolled your eyes and sat by Nat.

"He finally asked you out I see." She said with a smile.

"Ehhh I guess you could say that." You said while laughing and turning your head to Cap who was in the front of the room.

He looked over to you giving you a wink before starting. To say you were excited was a understatement.

"Imma let (y/n) handle this mission since she has done this before." Steve said as he walked to an empty chair giving you the front of the room.

You looked at him and saw that he wore a smirk saying that he was listening to what he was saying. You rolled your eyes before walking up to the front.

a/n: Heyyyyy guys! I actually wrote a chapter! I decided to do one today for Cap's birthday! Mr. Chris Evans happy birthday! Its still your birthday out in the middle of the ocean so I can still upload this and say its your birthday. Well I wanna thank you for amazing movies and I wouldn't be such a crazy fan like I am today!
