Jungkook had his arms wrapped around you as you snuggled deeper in his embrace.

"Y/N," He called out in his raspy voice.

You looked back, seeing your husband's soft smile.

"I love you."

You grinned, "I love you too, Jungkook."

The moonlight shone on his face through the window as he flashed his pearly whites. For a second, you saw his eyes' color changed to red. Your eyes widened as you flinched backwards. His eyebrows raised up, heart palpitating against his chest.

"Wh-What's wrong honey?" He asked, softly as ever, holding onto your hands.

You gulped, thinking more logically. It was probably just some reflection from the window.

"N-Nothing." You stuttered, shifting uncomfortably to the other way with your back facing him. His arms snaked around your waist, and usually it'd make you feel safe, but this time, you felt like you were in danger. You thought it was just nothing, but one piece of your mind is telling you it's not.

You barely got enough sleep that night, however you eventually fell asleep at 4 am.

The following days, you decided to keep an eye on him. That day really created suspicions in your mind. Am I seeing things? Was I hallucinating? Am I going crazy?

You'd notice that he would twitch a lot, as if he was trying to hold something back. His eyes changed to red another time too, which sort of creeped you out. You kept distance because you were scared.

"Honey, you want to go out today?" He asked, watching tv on the couch.

"N-No, I'm good." You stuttered, looking away.

He kept asking to go out throughout the week and you always rejected. Why? Because you were afraid.

"Y/N-ah, I'm bringing you somewhere fancy tonight so wear something fancy. I made reservations for two." He said, smiling innocently.

You blinked rapidly, not processing any of it. Usually he'd ask you but this time was a statement.

"C-Can we stay h-"

"Why? You always blow me off! Why do you always want to stay home?" He questioned, angrier by the second. You became scared as he threw the television remote against the wall, making it burst into pieces. Your breathing hitched as he walked towards you, eyes filled with fury.

Your eyes widened as your mouth gasped open as he started to grow. His eyes changed to a fiery red, just like those two times, except this time it was more red. His eyes became larger and more hollow, and his skin began to illuminate the color of red. It almost looked like he was sunburned all over. You were mortified at this point, as your back was against the wall. His face was a foot away from you. He was morphing and your legs became weak. Your breathing became more shallow. His skin started to become wrinkled and his pupils disappeared. It was a solid red color. You started to cry because of how terrified you were at the monster before you who you thought was your sweet, loving husband.

You approached the stairs backwards, but his big, wrinkled, red hand grabbed you. Your vision shook and so did your breath. You whimpered against his grip as he roared out loud. You stared at his face, you didn't see Jungkook in it anymore. You could barely recognize his face. He was in a different form and that horrified you.
