Ross's POV
And, ACTION!" says the director.
We got to the part where Ally says she is going to perform on stage!
"My mom's right. It's time I conquer my biggest fear. I'm going to perform onstage!"
Wow she is good at this.
"Ally! We can sing a duet at your mom's book release party!" I say enthusiastically.
"I'm gonna do it!" she says.
I pull her into a big bear hug and rock side to side like it said in the script. I feel her arms hold tightly around my torso and I pull her closer, if that is even possible. Man I wish I could just stay like this fore- Snap out of it Ross! I tell myself. We are filming here!
"And, CUT! Great job guys!" says the director.
Laura's POV
It is a good filming day today. Sure we can't be perfect all the time, but we only had to do each scene about 3 times which is actually pretty fantastic. I can see Ross from a distance and he catches my eye. He then smiles and makes his way over to me.
"Wanna hang out and run lines together?" he asks me.
I love his voice. And his face...
"Sure! Today work?" I ask him.
"Yeah! We can do it at my house!" he says.
"Alright! How about I just come home with you right now?" I say, " I'll just let my mom know."
"Okay!" he says, with just a hint of too much enthusiasm in his voice. What's up with him today?
He seems excited. I am beyond excited. I am just good at keeping my awkward things in when I am talking to a boy I like. Oh yeah! Did I mention I like Ross? And plus, I have never kissed anyone before. I am nervous that my first kiss is going to be on screen with the one and only Ross Lynch.
Ross's POV
I don't know what it is about Laura that just gets me. I like to hang out with her. She's so fun to be around and talk to. She's just one of those girls that you can always keep up a conversation with. I can talk to her forever it feels like. Was inviting her over a mistake? It's just us innocently running lines together. There's nothing wrong with that. There's really not.
