Laura's POV

When us girls had a girl's night, Vanessa, Rydel and I agreed to have another fun night, but this time wit the boys. We all agreed that they might have felt left out or in mine and Ross's case, missed me too much. We planned a day for all of them to get off their butts and have some fun. We all went downstairs to the smell of bacon, yet to find the boys making breakfast.

Ross: Good morning ladies.

Laura: morning Rossy.

Riker was making pancakes when he lifted up his head to see Vanessa. He smiled like an idiot. I looked back at Vanessa. So was she.

Laura: You didn't have to do this babe.

Ross: But I wanted to.

Laura: awww.. You are such a sweet boyfriend.

Ross: I know. Smiled at her

I was disappointed that he didn't kiss me right then and there, but that's okay.

Rydel went over to Riker and took his somewhere they could be private.

Laura: Someone should be supervising those pancakes so they don't burn.

Vanessa took over.

Rydel's POV

I could not take it anymore. I took Riker into the other room. I need to know what's going on between him and Vanessa.

Rydel: Spill the beans Rik.

Riker: What beans.

Rydel: Oh you know what beans.

Riker: okay okay. Me and Vanessa are pretty much together. I haven't asked her out yet, though.

Rydel: I totally called it.

Riker: yeah yeah.

Rydel: Laura and I will help you. First date always has to be the best. Maybe Ross and Rocky can help, too. But someone has to be on "Distracting Vanessa" duty.

Riker: Alright. Great idea. I really, really like her. I love her. I think she's beautiful. She deserves the best.

Rydel: awwww. You two are so cute, but I think it's time to take this whole thing off the down low. Everyone suspects it.

Riker: You're right, but Vanessa wanted to keep it low.

Rydel: Who cares? Love should motivate you.

Riker: You're right.

He walked swiftly back to the kitchen, walked up to Vanessa, turned her around and kissed her. Vanessa was startled by his actions. I could tell.

Riker's POV

I couldn't help it anymore. Rydel gives good advice. I walked up to Vanessa, who was still cooking pancakes, turned her around and kissed her. She seemed surprised by my affection, but then relaxed into it. She moved her arms to go around my torso. I moved my hands to the sides of her face. I deepened the kiss. She seemed to have wanted more, but I pulled away. She looked me straight in the eyes, surprised.

Vanessa: What was that for? Looking around at everyone, embarrassed.

Riker: Because I love you, and I want the world to know. Will you go on a date with me?

Vanessa: Of course I will. The pancakes are burning. Changing the subject

Riker: You're right. And we don't want that.

Laura's POV

We were all surprised by what just happened, but we didn't want anything to be awkward, so we just went on with our day. Breakfast was finally ready, so we sat down and ate. Whee we were done eating, Ross asked me to go to his room. We quickly went upstairs. We sat on the side if his bed.

Ross: what do you think all that happened downstairs was about?

Laura: probably something to do with what Rydel told him. Not sure what that was about.

Ross: whatever it was, it sure motivated him to do something about it.

Laura: got that right.

Ross: I really have the urge to kiss you right now.

Laura: go ahead.

He leaned in and kissed me full on the mouth. He is so passionate. He loves me without end. I swear I am literally in a different world when he kisses me. I pull away. Ross wants more but I cover his mouth with my hand. He gives me a concerned look.

Laura: we should probably get downstairs babe. People are wondering where we are.

I remove my hand and he sneaks in another kiss but I pull away again.

Ross: I love you Laur.

Laura: I know. I love you too Rossy. Let's get downstairs.
