Chapter 37!!!

Laura's POV

1month later!

( I love moving fast!)

I have felt abnormally huge for just 3 months into I my pregnancy. I guess that is how you are supposed to feel. I look at myself in the mirror again and look at my belly.

Laura: hey jelly bean. I can't wait to hold you in my arms.

The baby is growing fast. Is there a chance it could be twins?

Ross comes in and rubs my belly and kisses it. He loves this baby so much.

Ross: I love you Laur.

Laura: I love you too.

He tries to kiss me but has to lean forward pretty far to reach my lips. He pulls away.

Ross: I can't wait for this baby to come.

Laura: I can't wait to get this baby out of me.

1 month later

Today is the second ultrasound. We get to find out the gender of the baby. I actually get to call the baby he or she. I lay on the table and Dr. Gilbert comes in.

Dr. Gilbert: ready to find out the gender?

I nod excitedly. We go through the same procedure. The doctor puts a monitor on my stomach so we could hear the heart beat. She rubs the gel on my stomach and then rubs the thing over my belly.

Dr. Gilbert: oh my gosh. How could I have missed this?

I immediately got worried.

Laura: is there something wrong with my baby?

Dr. Gilbert: no everything is fine. Here is baby number 1...

Laura: hold the phone. Baby number 1? Is there another one?

She turns on the monitor so we could hear the heart beat.

Dr. Gilbert: I hear two heart beats. Maybe 3.

She looks closer at the ultrasound monitor.

Dr. Gilbert: congrats Mr. And Mrs. Lynch. You are going to be the parents of 3 healthy babies.

Oh my gosh. No wonder I was so huge.

Dr. Gilbert: would you like to know the genders?

Ross: of course. Well if you're okay with it Laur.

Laura: of course I am.

Dr. Gilbert: baby number 1... let's see here... girl. Baby number 2 is a boy and baby number 3 is another girl. Congrats you two. Pregnancy has been normal so far and if problems arise. Don't hesitate to call me. I will do my best to solve the problem.

Laura: thank you very much Dr. Gilbert. We really do appreciate this.

Dr. Gilbert: well, happy to do it.

We leave and Ross just looks at me from the driver's seat and laughs.

Ross: I can't believe I am going to be the father of 3 children. We can do this! Right?

Laura: of course. We'll find a way to make this work. I love you babe.

Ross: have you thought of names? I want to keep the R theme going. What do you think?

Laura: I love it! There are a lot of R names, but I like Rachel and Rebecca for the girls and Raiden for a boy.

Ross: I see you have already thought about this?

Laura: yes I have. Ahhh...

Ross: you okay babe?

Laura: Ross! They're kicking!

I take his hand and put it on my belly.

Laura: do you feel them moving?

He has tears in his eyes. It makes me tear up. My babies' first big kicks. Wow. I have been waiting to feel something as amazing as this knowing that i have 3 human beings growing inside of me.

2 months later haha really fast!!

I feel like a whale. I can't see my toes no matter how far I lean forward. At least I have a place to eat off other than my lap. It is so convenient to eat off of my belly. I can't shave my legs or paint my toe nails, but it is worth it if it means bringing 3 beautiful lives into the world. Rachel, Rebecca and Raiden have 3 more months in he oven. It is be likely they not be full term. I have started to have Braxton hicks contractions. Common this far into my pregnancy. They hurt. Ross its next to me when the next one comes.

Laura: oh ow...

Ross: another one? I'm sorry.

Laura: no its not your fault. This is normal. This is supposed to happen, and its supposed to hurt.

Ross hates seeing me in pain.
