Once I reached home, I had my dinner and went back to my room all the while maintaining a straight face. As if I started smiling, I am sure my parents will come to know that something has happened to me. So, I laid on my bed and all the events replayed in my mind.
The next morning I woke up late because I slept around 5 in the morning. So, I rushed with my morning routine and I was sure that today I am going to be late. On the way to the office, I was thinking of excuses to tell HIM.

Again I have to listen!

By the time I reached the office, it was late. So, I went straight to Vihaan 's cabin.

"Hey! Why are you late today ?" He asked as soon as I entered his cabin and I narrated him the whole instance that happened yesterday.

"Ohh! " He said after listening.

" just ohh! Just tell me what should I tell HIM? " I asked in a low tone.

" Just go and meet him because he was also late today," He said with a fake innocent look.

" IDIOT," I said while He laughed.

I left his cabin, kept my bag on my desk and walked towards his cabin. I walked inside after hearing a " come in".

" Good morning Sir! " I said as soon as I entered

" Good morning !" He said. He was trying to make eye contact but I did not give him a chance and looked at the table in front of him.

" Why are you late? " He asked in a stern voice.

" Uh I was not well! " I said in a low tone.

"Okay! Just for your information lack of sleep is not considered as an illness " He said and I looked at him shocked with his statement.

"Sir, may I leave? I have some work then I will get back to you " I asked. He just hummed and smirked while I turned a shade of red. With that, I left his cabin and got back to work.

After a while, A peon kept a cup of tea on my desk and left. A small piece of paper was folded and kept on the saucer. I just opened the paper and realised it was a note. The note said ...

Automatically a huge smile came on my face as I read the note. When I looked at him from my desk, he just smiled back. I sipped my tea and continued my work but I realised, he is aware of whatever is happening between us.

   By the time I finished my work, it was lunchtime. So I went to Vihaan's cabin and asked him to join me for lunch to which he complied. Neha is on leave today so only we both were there. We both went to the cafeteria to have lunch.

" Why are you smiling so much? " He asked while we were having our food.

" Actually after coming back from your cabin, He had sent me a cup of tea for my headache," I said and buried my face in my hands.

" How sweet !! I never knew he could be romantic " He said. I removed my hands from my face and smiled gratefully at him. I was going to reply back when Piya came to our desk.

"Hey! " Piya said and grabbed a chair beside Vihaan.

" Hi," Vihaan said while I just gave a small smile. As she was sitting in front of me. That day's vision came in front of my eyes.
