Behold... Chapter 3...

I park my car next to Lee's spot and wait until he drives up.

"Good to know you didn't die on the way here. What in the world is wrong with you? You had plenty of time." He scolds as we make our way to homeroom.

"You wouldn't believe the morning I've had so it must have been the adrenaline." I say shrugging it off. I don't like the idea of him scolding me. I get it if it was from my father but he is most certainly not my father. Therefore, he has no right to scold me as if I am.

Lee walks me to my homeroom as per the usual, making our usual conversation on the way there.

"Want to go to the arcade after school?" He asks raising his eyebrows in a playful way.

Well it's not like I have a boyfriend to go home with so why not. "Sure. I'm gonna go home first and change then, meet up at your house?"

"Sounds good Elle. See yah shorty." He laughs. He knows I hate it when he calls me that.

I roll my eyes walking into my homeroom. One last first day of school. Bring it on.

I've had the same seat in homeroom for 4 years. Thanks to my private school being what it is, everybody has their spot and you don't mess with people's spots.

Apparently the new guy didn't get the memo. Because there sat a blonde haired boy, in my spot. I didn't want to be rude but he was in my spot.

I walk up to him awkwardly. Everybody stares and quiets down to listen in. They know what's wrong.

"Heyyy..." I say awkwardly. He looks up from his phone.

"Hello gorgeous." He says in an Aussie accent. Well a blonde haired blued eyed surfer boy. How predictable. The whole class flinches knowing that if Noah was here, he'd be dead.

I scoff and laugh awkwardly. "Don't call me that. You're in my seat, so if you could move that'd be great."

"Fine, but only if you give me a kiss." He says smiling a devilish smile.

"Ha no. Get up please."

"Alright but just because you're cute." He gets up and starts to turn around but not before he slaps my ass.

Why me? Every year on the first day of school?

"Keep your hands off of her!" One of the guys yells in my defense.

"Why? What's it to you? She's just a hot chick in a skirt."

I laugh inwardly because that's exactly what Noah told me I WASN'T.

Flashback

"Elle relax baby. They're just being petty bitches." Noah states calmly as he takes a ginormous bite from his sandwich.

"I dont care Noah it's hurtful." I say wrapping my arms around my knees.

Noah walks over from his seat at the table and sits next to me on the couch

"I know sweetheart but you can't let those girls get to you. You know i see more than that. You are a beautiful, smart girl, with such an amazing personality. And I love you so much."

We kiss sweetly and I pull away resting our foreheads together.

"I love you too."

End of Flashback

Oh my god I miss him. And I really dislike this jackass.

I pivot around and sit down in my chair.

First days of school are apparently just not days I should attend.
