"You old man! Why the fuck are you so obsessed with money!?"

"Hidan...I'm warning you. If you don't shut up, I'll make sure I get some cash out of each one of your limbs."

"Ha! You're always fucking threatening me. Fuck you, Kakuzu..."

Kakuzu's hands stop and his eyes lower down to Hidan. You just sigh, shaking your head.

"Hidan, just stop. Please." You say, starting to walk ahead of both males. You hear Hidan huff in response but you pay no mind to it.

You just can't stand their bickering, and to make it worse, Hidan is your obnoxious brother. Kakuzu is his money-obsessed partner.

'Why did Pein-sama put me with them?' You think to yourself, shaking your head once again.

Suddenly, there's a loud, unexplainable noise and a head comes rolling past your feet. You laugh and kneel down, grabbing Hidan's hair before standing up again. There's a very noticeable scowl present on his face and it brings a smile to your face.

You turn your head back and see Kakuzu throwing your older brother's limp body over his broad shoulder. Realising that you're staring, you snap your head back to face Hidan's head, which is held up by your hand.

You blink and start walking again. "Being short is so fucking horrible. Kakuzu! Stitch me the fuck up. Like, right now!" Hidan yells, causing you to pout.

Just as you're about to make a smart remark, your brother's head gets yanked out of your hand. You stand still and wait, your arms hanging loosely at your sides.

After 7 minutes, you hear grunting and it clearly implies that your brother is together again.

"Now, Hidan...You better shut up." Kakuzu warns, his hand harshly grabbing onto your upper arm, his fingers digging in. You breathe in sharply before letting out a hiss of pain.

Kakuzu begins walking and you get dragged behind him, not that you're complaining. You don't even want to look behind at Hidan. You keep looking ahead before your eyes land on Kakuzu's shoulders and back.

'Mmm...This sight is way better than dango.' You press your lips into a thin line and force your gaze to go down, a light blush already dancing on your cheeks.

Meanwhile, Hidan is walking behind you and Kakuzu while muttering a string of curses under his breath. You roll your eyes and hope that your brother zips his mouth shut.

All you want to do is get back to the base, report to Pein-sama about your mission, eat then sleep.

The thought of dango makes your mouth watery and you let out a satisfied hum, already tasting the dango on the tip of your tongue. You smile and hop forward, walking next to Kakuzu. He's very intimidating but you've learned that you shouldn't be afraid of him. Besides, he's helped you one too many times. You've been with the Akutsuki for a long time already, so you know that every member in the Akutsuki are basically all big teddy bears. Well, sort of.

Kakuzu looks down at you and you look up. "Uh, so...I was wondering if there's any dangos at the base," you scratch the back of your neck and laugh softly. "It's just that I'm super hungry right now."

"There should be. I just hope Itachi left so-" Kakuzu gets cut off by the growl that comes from your stomach. That's proof enough of how hungry you are.

You blush and look away to hide your face, only now noticing that your brother is by your side.

Hidan rolls his eyes and scoffs. You only repeat his actions and try prying your arm out of Kakuzu's grip. But, you don't succeed. Unfortunately.
