"According to Woodcrest Locals, the towns beloved Jazmine Dubois has went missing just a week ago. She was last seen at the Freeman residence until she miraculously vanished. Police investigation is still going on until the towns beloved daughter of the deceased Tom Dubois is found."

Riley sighed, shaking his head slowly as he turned the tv off. "Can't believe it's been a week since Jazzy done disappeared."

Cindy nodded in agreement, looking at Huey with a concerned look. "Huey."

"What." he said tiredly, he hasn't slept at all knowing that the last place she was at was his home. Their home. He was worried sick, and him not seeing her has taken a toll on his body.

"What happened the night she disappeared?"

Huey sighed, he couldn't lie. "We has an argument. It was terrible. We both said things we didn't mean..I might've taken it a little too far."

Riley tilted his head as Cindy pressed on. "What do you mean you took it a little too far?"

"I told her how I'd leave her like Sarah did. And watch her die like she watched Tom.."

At that point, anger ran through Cindy's veins. "WHAT THE FUCK THE MATTER WITH YOU?!"

"I'm sorry okay! We were both on edge that night and things got way too heated." Huey defended.

"Bullshit! Things got heated because of your sorry ass! You're the reason why Jazzy is gone!"

"She said things too, we both were in the wrong!"

"What words did she say that could've possibly hit a nerve with you Huey? Riley said, holding back his furious girlfriend.

Flashback

Jazmine swiped the katana at the dummy, and watched as it only made a tiny tear in the sack Huey sighed, clearly frustrated. Jazmine caught onto this and snapped. "I don't know why you're getting frustrated, what did you expect? You're teaching me this martial arts stuff early in the morning with no explanation!"

"It's not my fault you need training. You're weak when it comes to fighting Jazmine!" Huey countered.

"Oh, so I'm weak? Says the man who literally left Woodcrest for no reason, then came back as if everything was alright. Ever since you came back you've been nothing but stressful! First you tell me negative things, then you want to reassure me and tell me you love me. Explain that!" Jazmine yelled, dropping the katana on the grass.

"Yeah, clearly you're weak if you let some nigga treat you like his damn punching bag! And that's all you ever were towards people Jazmine, A PUNCHING BAG!" Huey yelled louder, glaring at her with fury. "And don't you dare bring up me leaving Woodcrest. I had a reason!"

"Yeah, and you still told nobody that reason. You said you'd tell Granddad, and now look, HE'S DEAD HUEY!" Jazmine stepped closer to him, pushing his buttons.

"Don't you DARE bring up that shit."

"Or else what Huey? What are you gonna do about it? Huh? Run away again like you did years ago! Leaving me and everyone else hurt and confused!?"

Then, Huey snapped.

"No. I'll leave your ass just like Sarah did and watch you die just like Tom!" Huey shouted, but he quickly realized what he said. Looking at the mulatto seeing the tears roll down her cheeks. "No. I take it back Jaz-"

"FUCK YOU HUEY FREEMAN I HATE YOU!" Jazmine screamed, running off with tears falling.

Huey watched her leave.

"What have I done."

Flashback Over

"This is all my fault, I understand that and I regret every single word I said to her." Huey said, sorrow hitting his nerves like a truck.

"What are we gonna do now? We don't have any idea where she could've went."

Huey thought to himself, and then it hit him.

The Hill.

///

Huey stood at the Hill, by himself since he told the others he'd be right back. He looked at the great oak tree where he and his best friend would be always. He remembered the year where he made a deal with the devil, where he broke everyone's heart. Huey sighed as he sat on the ground, his heart aching. "Thinking of me, Freeman?"

"What do you want Shadow." Huey growled, not turning to face the man.

"Aw what's with the attitude Huey? I thought you would've wanted to know where your pretty little girlfriend is."

Huey's eyes lit up as he quickly turned his head. "Where the hell is she?"

"Safe. 'Till next time Huey."

"No. Tell me where the hell she is!"

Right when Huey went to attack him, he was gone. His heart shattering into pieces.

Jazmine's with the White Shadow.
Because of him.

///

Later that day, Huey visited the cemetery. Where his father was buried, along with his grandfather. He sat by Granddads grave, his heart crying out as he saw his name written across the stone.

Robert Jedidiah Freeman.
"Granddad."
Beloved grandfather. Gone but never forgotten.

"Granddad." Huey started. "Remember that time when I was younger. Just learning how to talk? And how my first word wasn't Mom or Dad. It was Granddaddy." A smile appeared on his face at the memory. "And remember when you first met Jazmine. How you fell in love with her the moment she hugged you with the box of cookies she made." Huey sighed, tears falling from his eyes. "Remember when you found out mom and dad were killed..." He paused. "I never cried so much in my life Granddad."

Little did he know, Granddad was sitting next to him. Listening to his grandson talk to him. A smile appeared on the old mans face as he rested his hand on his shoulder, knowing Huey couldn't feel him nor see him. "I can't do this without you Granddad. I don't know what to do, Shadow has Jazmine Granddad. I don't think I'm strong enough to save her."

Granddad shook his head. "Boy that's silly talk. You're the strongest man I know, just like your Father. You can do this Huey, I believe in you." He frowned, knowing his grandson couldn't hear him.

Huey lifted his head, looking behind him seeing nothing. He sighed, getting up and patting his grandfathers grave. "Goodbye Granddad. I love you."

As Huey walked away, Granddad's spirit appeared beside his tombstone. "I love you too, son."
