Dear reader,

So I don't really like talking publicly about this as it's hard for me to put into words but Ill do it cause maybe there will be someone who reads it and it helps.

Mental health is so important, and it's always seen as such a taboo subject cause it isn't something that people can see, for the most part it's not a physical disability and when they can see evidence it's way to late.

I was recently in an environment where the people I regarded as family thought Mental health was a hoax, that anxiety, depression and other mental problems is just a load of attention seeking crap.

It's not. It's not and don't let anyone tell you differently. Feeling anxious is something that everyone feels just in different forms. Some it's only butterfly's in the stomach before they talk in front of a crowd, others it's crippling that they can't leave the house. It's okay to feel that way.

Depression is a serious matter, and it's okay not to be okay. I bordered depressed at the start of the year, and it sucks to feel like you can't truely be happy. Like getting up was a chore and talking to people just wasn't an option.

So those who are battling a mental disability you are my heroes. You are so strong, so beautiful and so relevant in today's society. It's a hard world but you were created for a reason and that was to live, love and to be you.

I love you.
