"What was that?" Naruto yelled from the balcony.
"Be quiet," I said as I turned to look at him. He backed down and then looked at Sakura, who looked slightly terrified.
"Come up," Naruto said a little softer. I nodded and started to make my way up the stairs. Neji stopped me on the way up.
"You were the last match," he said as he looked at me. I nodded again, but he didn't move out of my way. "You are leaving with me. You are going out with me now."
"I thought we were going to do that later," I sighed and he shook his head.
"No, we are leaving now," he grabbed my hand and held it softly. We walked out together and he led the way to a field. It was leaning towards evening, making it a beautiful golden outside.
"What do you want?" I asked as I looked out onto the field.
"What was that? That spear and power?" he asked as he stared at the tattoo on my stomach.
"Dragon force. It's a technique only people with dragon slayer magic can use," I explained an he looked at me with more confusion than before.
I didn't know what to say to him or how to explain the magic I used. All he knew was that I was just another rookie that under special circumstances became the fourth member to Team 7. Should I have told him that I was from a different world and we didn't call magic chakra and you didn't need to make stupid gang signs whenever you wanted to attack? Maybe, but in my frenzy to move on and go home, I didn't.
"There is nothing to talk about. The village that I'm from calls chakra and stuff magic," I said as I turned to walk away.
"That doesn't explain why or how you don't need to use hand signs?" he called out as he followed me.
"They taught us without them. It is a pain to do all that extra motion when you can utilize what is already in your body. What is the point of using so many different jutsus, or whatever, when one element of it can be your strongest? I have trained with water dragon slayer magic my entire life which is how I'm so strong," I said as I stopped and turned to him. "This village is weird. You guys rely on your expertise in over 100 jutsus, but shouldn't you fear the person who has practiced one jutsu their entire life?"
"I assume. That doesn't explain much, but I understand now. What village are you from?"
"Magnolia," I mumbled. "Don't try looking it up, you won't find anything about it here." I turned to walk away, but then he ran up and grabbed my hand again.
"I'm going to walk you home," he said as he walked beside me. I shook my head without saying anything and he sighed. "I don't care what you want, I'm going to do what I want."
"Aren't you the gentleman of the year?" I groaned as he walked beside me. On the wall he didn't pry, but getting home was where disaster stroke.
"What are you doing walking with him?" Naruto asked. He was standing outside of Sasuke's house with Sasuke.
"He was just walking me home," I said as Neji eyed the two boys.
"You shouldn't spend time with anyone besides your team," Sasuke said as he grabbed my arm and pulled me away from him.
"Who the hell are you to say that? I'm not even part of your team. I'm a stupid addition that you didn't even want!" I argued as I pulled my arm away. I was furious! He was acting like my father who was dating behind his back. For one, it wasn't even a date and secondly, who is he to say that I can't be with who I want to be with?
