Eliza POV

I woke up from my nap, and the first thing I noticed was a wet towel on my forehead and on my wrists. There's a bowl and some random ingredients next to it on my nightstand. There's no doctor. Only Alex and my sisters.

Alexander- ...Paine told me to send his love to you, whatever that means.

Angelica blushes and Peggy smirks at her. Alex is the first to notice me awake.

Alexander- Oh, your awake. Good.

Angelica- How much did you hear?!

Of coarse, my throat was still sore, so I talked in a scratchy voice.

Eliza- Nothing much. Only something about Thomas Paine and sending his love to my older sister and HOW DARE YOU NOT TELL ME ABOUT THIS?? What's the relationship status?

Angelica- We just have small crushes on each other.

Peggy- Mmphm.

Angelica- Be quiet, Peggy. Let's just focus on getting Eliza better.

Peggy- Alex, do you know how to fix this disease since you had it before?

Alexander- You bet I do!

Peggy- Then do your magic, man.

Alex nods. He takes the bowl and gives instructions to my sisters.

Alexander- Peggy, go get a cup full of water and pour it in this bowl. Once she does that, Angelica, you pour 2 spoons worth of sugar in the water. I'll crush the oranges.

Eliza- Aww, but I don't like oranges.

Angelica- Deal with it.

Peggy- But, why orange? Why is it orange? Can other fruits work? Grape, apple, Kiwi? Or does it have to be orange? What's the meaning of life? Why are we all here, do we have a purpose? And where do babies come from? I am so confused.

Angelica- Peggy! GO get the ding-dong water!

Peggy runs out of the room to get water from my bathroom. She hits her hand on the door, but just shakes it off and keeps getting water. Once she comes in the room, she pours the cup of water into the bowl, and Angie pour two spoons of sugar in it. Alexander crushes the oranges and puts them into the bowl and stirs it.

Angelica- So seriously. Why oranges and sugar in the water?

Alexander- The sugar is to get the blood in the veins to keep going and moving so she gets more energy. The oranges have a lot of vitamin C in it, so she gets more healthy. If you mix them together in water, that makes them combine and easier to drink. Now that's some science, sucker.

(A/N- I have no idea what I just wrote. Idk if that is science or not, but I'm gonna say it is)

Eliza- Well, look who's the nerd now.

Alexander- Hey, I am not a nerd. I have just spending too much with Burr and you.

Peggy- True true. But what if you really are a nerd but you just don't want to admit it?

Alexander- Peg, I have a new job for you.

Peggy- Oof, what is it??

Alexander- Can you go get some duct tape!

Peggy- Uh, yes I will! Wow, I feel so important right now. MOVE, PHILIP! I'M TRYING TO HELP!

And with that, we heard Peggy fall down the stairs.

Peggy- I'm ok!

We started laughing, which lead to coughing. I have no energy to do anything. Once Peggy comes back with the duct tape, Alex tapes it across her mouth. She folds her arms angrily and sits on my desk chair.

Once he gets done mixing it all, he puts some on a spoon and feeds me. It doesn't taste good so I make a bad face. Which makes Angelica get angry and slam my face.

Angelica- Elizabeth. Phillipa. Schuyler. You will drink this whether you like it or not or SO HELP ME I WILL SHOVE IT DOWN YOUR THROAT! DO YOU WANNA DIE?!

Eliza- No.

Angelica- I THOUGHT SO. Now. Drink the damn solution.

He keeps feeding me while I look at Angelica with disgust. She gets ready to slap me again, but I quickly smile and give a face of "see, I'm happy and enjoying this, but on the inside I'm secretly dying".

Once all of the poison is gone, I take a nap. I trust Alexander about this. He's my future husband. And, he did go through this disease to and got healed. And if he says that this is the way o get better, I trust him with my life.

Sorry for any typos and grammar mistakes. It's early and I'm really excited about a birthday party that I'm about to go to. I'm actually spazzing out rn.
