CHAPTER 13 - QUESTIONS

While reading my book, I heard a voice. Seems like the voice is calling me. I search for the voice thinking there's someone calling me, but, nothing. Then the voice disappear. I thought it was just my imagination, so, I went back to read my book. Then the voice came back.

"Feng Jian Yu.... come... come... come...."

"Who's there???!! Who are you??!!"

"Come... come... come.... Come...!!!"

"Who are you!!! Come??... to where??..."

"To meee..... come to mee...."

"To you!!? But where are you??"

"Voice... my voice... follow..."

"Alright!! I'll follow your voice... lead me!!"

I followed the voice and it lead me outside of my house towards the direction of the city. When I got out of my house, I felt something. There's a force pulling me.

"Urgh!!! What is this??!! Feels like something pulling me! But there's nobody here!!?? Then what is this??"

"Argh!! There it is again! Resist Dayu!! Resist!!!"

I tried resisting it but, to no avail. Then suddenly I look into the sky. I see a shining light in the sky. The light is so bright even though tonight is a full moon. I was drawn towards that light and suddenly I feels pain.

"Ouch!!! Aarrggghhhh!!!!! It BURNS!!! Aaaarrrrgggghhhhh..... uuurrrggghhhhh... haa... haaa..... ha...!!!!!"

I was grunting and shouting the pain in my heart while I lay down on the grown as I cannot stand the pain. It's very excruciating. I can see light shining through my clothes at my backside. After a few minutes the burn stop and the light disappear but because of the pain, I fainted. Few hours later...

"Ahh... Urgh...!! Wha...!!" I slowly regain my consciousness. Then it hits me.

"What happen??!! The light!!" I turn my head to check my backside but no light. Instead, I felt markings. I run inside the house towards my mirror.

"WHAT!!! What is this??!! Its' on my whole back!!" the marking are strange but it formed a shape.

"Is that.... Is that a bird..... if it is then I've never seen it before... it has a strange shape for a bird.... Like it's on fire... and... looks like there's something else but I can't make out the shape... like its incomplete..."

"Well... for now lets' just go to sleep and figure this out tomorrow. I feel so tired with what had happen. I can ask Mr. Hoe about this... he might know something..."

So I went to bed with lots of questions in my head but I'm too tired and fall asleep as soon I hit the bed. I just sleep away. In my sleep, I had a dream. Someone is calling me again. I still don't know who is calling.

"Feng Jian Yu... come... come... come...!!"

"Who are you??!! Why are you calling me??"

"We will meet soon..!!!"

"When?! Tell me who you are?!"

"It's not the time.. yet! You will know soon... You are the chosen one!"

"What?! Chosen one??!! What is that? Please tell me... I'm so confused...!!!"

"I'm sorry... I can't tell you anything! Wait for your fated one to awaken me in you!"

"Fated one!!?? What??!! Who...?! Hello!! Hei!!"

The voice disappear and I awake from my sleep. My body covered in sweat and when I look outside it still dark. I went to the toilet to wash my face and calm myself down. I keep on thinking what is all this. I can't figure out anything so I went to bed again and tried to sleep. I sleep peacefully without the voice.
