Marinette's POV

"Adrien!!! ADRIEN!!!" I shouted. I got a water bottle and poured it over his face. He jolted up. He looked pretty shook up when he heard the Alya thought Rose was Ladybug. I leaned over to Alya and whispered "I wonder why he cares so much about who Ladybug is?" Alya said " He obviously likes her, but don't worry, it'll never happen and everyone is Ladynoir so you have a chance!". I froze. Adrien likes me?! Well he likes Ladybug and I am Ladybug, not that he knew that.

Narrater

Marinette froze in shock of what her best friend told her. Many, many thoughts ran through her head. How was she gonna resist spilling her secret to Adrien?! Adrien said " Are you sure Rose is Ladybug?!" Alya automatically picked up on what she should say, since if he thought Rose was Ladybug he might like Rose. She improvised "I mean, I'm not sure.... It might be, but then again it might not. Now that I think about it Rose probably isn't Ladybug...".

Adrien's POV
I sighed when I heard Alya say that Rose wasn't Ladybug. Ladybug means everything to me and I could never feel that was about Rose. No offense to her, she's a great friend... I just don't see her like that. Now Marinette on the other hand, is a different story. I don't know where this feeling came from, but I've only felt it with one other person... Ladybug. As I was about to go back to day dreaming I heard a whisper coming from my bag. It was none other than my kwami, Plagg. He said, as usual "Maybe you should stop caring about Ladybug and start caring about cheese!". I rolled my eyes and whispered "Not everyone likes that terrible smell" and then zipped my bag shut.

Marinette's POV

Why was Adrien staring at me? Was I drooling?! Hopefully I didn't do anything embarrassing! Ok they are talking about Rose probably not being Ladybug... I need to join in so I don't look like a staring creep! "Yeah Rose couldn't be Ladybug she's not brave enough..." Adrien's looking at me! Quick think of something! "I m-mean shes b-brave but not as brave a-as Ladybug..." Ok now Adrien thinks I'm a weirdo... Good job Marinette...
