I wake up the next morning in my bed. But it's not my room. Where am I then?

The light shines through the window, nearly blinding me as I open my eyes. I shade them with my hand and look out the window to see a clear sky and a few trees.

Huh? But the view in my real bedroom window showed skyscrapers.

Oh, right. The lodge. At that theme park Alton Towers. Is that what it's called? It sounds right.

"Lizz?"

I role over onto my back and glance at the doorway. Lewis was standing there, wearing a dark blue t-shirt and shorts. He had his arm against the frame, supporting his weight as he leaned forward slightly into my room.

"Are you okay? You've been asleep for quite awhile."

Rolling back onto my side, back facing him, I sigh and pull the covers over my face. "I'm fine. Just tired."

His footsteps grow louder as he walks around the bed and squats in front of me, taking the covers off my face. "You've been sleeping for almost ten hours now. You don't look well at all."

"Lewis, seriously, I'm fine", I say, getting annoyed. "Last night was fun, and you know I sleep for a long time."

"But it's never usually this long", he says. He checks my forehead.

"Stop. I'm fine."

"No, you're not. You're burning up!"

Finally about to snap, I sit up and slap his hand away. "I'm fine! Honestly Lewis, can't you take a hint? When I say I'm fine, I'm fine! Now get out so that I can change."

He took the hint, thankfully, and left without another word, closing the door behind him. I got up and locked it. Knowing his friends, they'd probably sneak a peek. I role my eyes at the thought and take a sweatshirt out of my suitcase, pulling it over my pajama top. I change into some comfortable shorts, even though it looks strange with the sweatshirt, but I don't care.

I know my brother cares about me. He always has since we were little. I was around six or seven, and I had a tumor in my stomach. It was very difficult to eat. They had to put feeding tubes inside me, which scared the living daylights out of me. Keep in mind I was still very young, so any sort of hospital machinery scared me.

Lewis was even more scared than I was. He never left my side, but only when I was asleep would he use the restroom.

But the tumor was eventually removed, thank God. My life revolves around food, so you can imagine the pain of not properly eating for weeks on end. It was absolute hell. And Lewis could never have been happier. We ate until we were fat and gamed a lot. Just like the good ol' days.

A knock at the door interrupts my thoughts, making me feel a bit disappointed. Sighing, I unlock the door and open it to reveal Will.

"We're leaving soon", he tells me. He looks me up and down. "You gonna be fine in that?"

"What? The sweatshirt?", I chuckle. "I'll be fine. I get cold easily."

He raises an eyebrow in confusion. "But it's nearly 32°* outside, not to mention that it's going up later this afternoon."

"I'll be okay", I reassure him.

He makes an alright-but-don't-say-I-didn't-warn-you face and walks away, grabbing his coat along the way.

Wow. So gentlemanly.

I grab my Converse shoes and a pair of socks, sitting on my bed to put them on. I see a figure in my peripheral vision and I look up to see Ryan in my doorway.
