Laura's POV

After Ryland left I went upstairs to take a quick shower because I felt grows and icky because I started sweating when I was at the airport and these sweatpants are not helping, as I was walking up the stairs I notice a women standing outside my bedroom she was wearing black and white she had a dust pan

"Uhm, Hello"

"O am sorry I was just cleaning up, O am sorry you must be Miss Marano's sister, if am not mistaken" she said politely

"Yes indeed I am, um who are you, not trying to be rude" I said

"O am sorry I’m one of the house maids" she said gathering all her stuff

"O so there's more" I said surprised

"Yes, and a chef, butlers, and your own driver or you can take one of the cars in the garage"

"Wow"

"Well I'll leave you to your business Miss Marano" she said politely but that made me sound old

"Thanks, just call me Laura, please" I said walking towards my bedroom

"As you wish Mis- I mean Laura" she said before her head downstairs

I closed the door behind me and went towards my luggage and walked in the walk-in' closet I started pulling out my clothes and then I got out some undergarments then I grabbed some shorts with I haven't worn in like forever but it is really hot here and am dying in these heat then I pulled out a tank it was sleeveless not really a tank top because you could see like two inches of my waste because the shorts were high so you couldn't see much after I grabbed my clothes I hopped in the shower it didn't take me long but the shower and bathroom were amazing once I got out I got dressed I went to put on some perfume and my sandals then I found this really pretty butterfly neckless so put it on and my sandals as well I did my makeup light of course I hate when girls go overboard you can't even see their face, like my sister every time she comes out in a magazine I think it’s too much, but o well maybe we can fix that now that am here I go to the restroom to brush my teeth, then I heard a knock on my door, I wonder who it is, it might be one of the maids.

I walk up to the door and see a really tall man with a tux on I wonder if he is a security guard or like the maid said a limo driver?

"Miss Marano, I have a message for you" he said

"Yes, what is it?"

"Miss Marano, your sister wants you to meet her in the backyard" he said

"Okay thank you I'll be right down" I said with a smile

"Yes, ma'am" and with that he left I wonder what she was doing in the backyard

So I go downstairs and to be honest I have no idea where the backyard is so I assume it’s on the other side of the house obviously it’s in the back as am walking around I spot the maid that was upstairs so I quickly ask her if she could direct me to the backyard and she escorted me to the backyard I step out and I see the most amazing backyard, there was a garden it was beautiful it had a little table on the far end and benches on the sides then in the far middle there was a gate which lead to the pool so I walked towards it as I got closer I saw someone sitting on one of the tables that the pool has on the sides she had her back facing me but I totally knew that black hair she was on the phone as I approached

"Yes Mom she arrived safe" she said into the phone obviously she was talking to are mom

"... Yes I will don't worry... Okay mother... MOM!  Am going to hang up... Yeah okay talk to you later" she said finally into the phone and cursed under breath she got up and turned around with a frown on her face and then her eyes landed on me and it grew into the biggest smile I have ever seen
