Race helped to pick Spot off the ground, "Thanks." Spot said through a clenched jaw. He was furious. Furious at Race for not telling him everything, and furious about Elizabeth insulting Race the way she did, "Ya better explain everything." Spot spat as he stormed out of the boardinghouse and onto the streets of Brooklyn. Race huffed a sigh of frustration, but he ran to catch up with Spot and to hopefully save their little to none relationship.
Elizabeth stormed out of the Boardinghouse onto the streets of Brooklyn with hot tears streaming down her face. Not only did she blurt out the biggest secret that she kept for years, but she insulted her brother in ways that are unforgivable. No one passed her a glance as she ran off the roads into an abandoned building, with tears an sobs filling her body with every step. She felt terrible for what she was about to do.
Taking a deep breath, she opened the creaking door and quickly, but quietly, shut the door behind her, "There's my little ray of sunshine!" Her father said standing up from his desk that sat in the middle of the room, "Did you finish the job?" He asked her, "Well, da-uh, sir, the objective was interrupted by an incident,"
"WHAT INCIDENT?" Her father asked as he slammed his fist on the desk, causing pens and ink to spill everywhere, "Uhhh..." She replied looking down, trying to explain,
"Don't lie to me young lady."
    "I...uh..."
"Tell me or its off to the cellar." He sneered,
"It was Antonio and, Spot Conlon." She said in an almost whisper, hoping that he didn't hear her,
"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN IT WAS ANTONIO!" He yelled slamming his chair on the ground, shattering it into prices, "ANSWER ME ELIZABETH!" He threatened. She wouldn't respond. Her father could kill him in an instant. He had spies on every corner. If word got around about Antonio, he'd be lying in a ditch, dead, "Fine. You're not gonna speak?" Her father smirked, "Maybe a few moments in the cellar will change your mind." He grabbed her arm, she didn't resist, she couldn't resist, he was too strong. He dragged her over to a door that was the only thing that wasn't damaged in the whole building, "Have fun." He sneered as he threw her down the steps and into the cold, cellar. She hit her head and blacked out.
