Goodbye Salvatore Brothers

~Ember's POV~

I opened my eyes to kisses. I rubbed my eyes and then closed them again. "D I'm sleepy" I said groggoly, as I tried to snuggle into his chest, but I couldn't due to the fact that he was kissing me. 'Damon Im leaving early tomorrow I need my sleep." I said yawning. He smiled. "Come on Em, your leaving and I won't be able to see you until who knows when? So I want to enjoy these last few hours with you." he said looking into my eyes with a hint of amusement.

I smiled and sighed. "Fine, what do you want." I asked him tracing his chest with my fingers. He smirked "Hmmm how about we just kiss." He said scooping me up and placing me under him. I giggled "Damon no." I said biting my lip. I wanted to do it with him but then I would feel like shit after for leaving him, plus he didn't love me. He was just using me for sex. That was standard Damon for you.

"Come on Ember just a little you know you want too" he said pressing his hips down to mine so I could feel him. I have to admit that turned me on. I bit my lip harder, shaking my head making my long midnight hair fall around me like a crown. At that moment Damon stopped trying to get in my pants and he just stared at me. I looked up at him as he studied my face. "What?!!" I blurted as I pressed my fingers to his lips and started tracing them.

He closed his eyes at the feel of my fingers on his lips. I smiled and then he spoke. "Ember you're truly amazing, what am I going to do while your gone?" He said. I smirked. "Hmm I don't know maybe you and Stefan can bond a little" I sad laughing and winking. He rolled his eyes and snorted in disgust. "How can you even say that. And you think that's funny? I'm hurt." He said his famous smirk tugging on his perfect lips again.

I nodded. Damon pouted then started to tickle my sides. "I'll give you something to laugh about." He shouted continuing to tickle me as I gasped and laughed hysteracaly. He soon stopped after what seemed like hours. I was gasping for air and clutching my sides that were now soar. Damon fell back on the bed and started chuckleing. I glared at him. Once Icaught my breath I jumped on Damon to tickle him but Damon was just to quick for me. He grabbed my hands and held them behind my head. "D that's not fair!!!" I pouted. He chuckled then brought his face up to mine so we were eye level then he kissed me.

I welcomed the kiss until it got more intense. Damon let go of my hands and I wrapped them around his neck while he placed his on my hips pulling my shorts down a bit. I moaned at the contact of his fingers brushing my stomach. We kissed longer and more lust full but then there was a knock at my door. Damon groaned and I pulled away from him. I was sorta grateful for the knock because it stopped me from doing something I would have regretted later. "Come in." I yelled while smoothing down my hair. Damon got comfortable on the bed andhe started to look up at the ceiling. I chuckled because I knew he was iratated.

Stefan walked in after I anwsered and he didn't look shocked at all. "Why am I not surprised that he's in your room." Stefan said cooly crossing his arms. Damon looked up at him with a smirk then rolled his eyes. I just blushed. Stefan then side and walked closer to the bed. "So how long has this gone on?" Stefan asked gesturing to me and Damon. Oh no I thought this was so embaressing!!. "As long as we've known each other." Damon said getting up from the bed and putting his pants back on. Stefan rolled his eyes. 'Ember is that true?" I nodded and blushed. "Ya the first time we met it just kind of happened." I said shrugging. Stefan sighed. "Why do you care anyway, Saint Stefan? Can you leave you're kinda killing the mood." Damon snapped.

Stefan ignored him and looked back at me."Well it doesn't matter. It's your life just don't get hurt my brother can be rather stupid." he said with a smirk. I laughed and then hugged him. "I know he's dumb but he gets me." I said with a chuckle while I heard Damon snort. Stefan was like such a dad to me, I loved it. "Well the real reason I came over here was to ask you if you wanta watch a movie since it's your last night here." I smiled. "Ya that'd be awesome." I got up with Stefan and we headed to the living room. Stefan started making popcorn and he set up the tv. Then I remembered Damon I wanted to spend this time with him too.

I ran to my room and found Damon sitting on my balcony staring off into the woods. "D do you want to watch the movie too?" I asked sweetly. He just looked at me and then shook his head. "No just go hang out with your sweet Stefan" he said in a mean tone. I sighed and sat next to him. "Damon please don't be this way! I'm leaving in a couple hours and I want to spend the rest of the night being with you and Stefan because you guys are like my...my family now." I pleaded looking into his eyes.

He stared back then I saw his greenish blue eyes soften. "Okay you got me. I'll go with you." He said hugging me. I smiled and held his hand and we walked to the living room. Stefan was already on the couch eating popcorn. I sat in the middle of the both of them and we started to watch Batman Begins. I smiled because Stefan knew that I loved Batman.

We were half way through the movie and now I was cuddled with Damon and I was holding Stefan's hand. I yawned because I was tired and I smiled to myself. This moment just felt so right. For once I didn't feel sad or alone. My real family was gone forever but Stefan and Damon Salvatore were my family now. How was I going to leave them now that I felt so wanted? My eyes felt heavy and then I felt them close, and I fell into a peaceful sleep.

~The next morning at the airport~

Stefan and Damon were hugging me goodbye and I felt so sad. Yesterday was so sweet I would cherish every moment. I smiled at the both of them. "I love you guys! I'll miss you guys so much but I'll keep in touch I promise." I said smiling at the both of them. They both smiled and nodded. "We'll miss you too. Call whenever you need something. Well be there as fast as we can." Stefan said. I felt tears well up in my eyes.

I hugged Stefan one last time then turned to Damon. He had been silent the whole time, which was odd behavior for him. I saw Stefan back up to give us some privacy. "Damon I'm going to miss you too more the Stefan! Don't tell him though." I said jokingly trying to make him smile. I giggled when it worked because he smirked and pulled me into a hug. "I love you Ember." He whispered into my hair. I smiled sadly even though I loved those words coming from him.

"No Damon you love Elena and you always will." I said looking up at him. His smirk faded. "No Ember I really mean it!" He said. I shook my head. "But you can't, you never did before." He rolled his eyes. "I love you wether you believe it or not." He said before he pressed his lips to mine very softly. I wimperd as I knew this was going to be the last kiss we would share...for a while.

"Now boarding flight to Beacon Hills, California." I heard someone pull away and that's when we pulled away. "Bye Em, be safe" Damon said squeezing me one last time while kissing my hair. I grinned and then walked away from the Salvatore's and boarded the plane to sunny California.

~At Beacon Hills~

The plane landed and it was 7:30pm, I would have gotten here sooner but the flight was delayed and I had to stop in New York then board another plane which took forever. I had my three suitcases and got in a taxi. I was really nervous to find Derek we had stopped coming in contact three years ago so I didn't know what he would think when I saw him again.
