Where did he go?

Sophia's P.O.V

I woke up the next morning, I rolled over hoping Grayson would be next to me. But I found his side of the bed untouched.  I got up and slid my swollen feet inside my pink slippers.

"Gray!!" I yelled as I looked around looking for him. The house was cold, everything stayed untouched. I walked over to the counter to where I left my phone charging. I called him 5 times and they all went to voicemail. 

I heard the front door unlock, I walked mid way to see if it was Grayson. But to my surprise it was Leo and Ethan.

"GOOD MORNING! I brought us some breakfast" Leo shouted as she placed our breakfast on the table.

"Hey Leo.." I paused and awkwardly looked at Ethan. "Ethan."

"You guys are being so awkward like two virgins that fucked and don't know what to say." She said as she set the table up.

"I just umm expected Grayson to be with you guys." I said as I played it off.

"Why did he not come home?" Leo asked sounding nervous.

"Umm no. I don't think so everything is untouched. " I pressed my lips into a thin line as I sat next to Ethan.

"That's odd Grayson wouldn't just wonder off." I felt Ethan place his hand on my thigh going higher. I swallowed hard feeling myself get turned on.

" Ethan can you stay with Sophia? I can't have her alone. I am gonna go do  some errands. " Leo said as she finished up her breakfast. And got up to leave.

"Yeah! Be careful babe!" He removed his hand from me and kissed her goodbye as she walked out.

"Are you ready for some alone time?" Ethan said as he kissed my neck, I couldn't help but feel guilty and scared for Grayson.  So I pushed Ethan off me and walked over to the living room, not even feeling hungry anymore.

Grayson's P.O.V
(Last night during the baby shower)

I needed to tell Leo about Mason because if anything happens. I want her to take care of Sophia. I found Leo handing out cupcakes to everyone.

"Hey Leo, can I speak to you in the kitchen?"

"Yeah!" I walked over to the kitchen with her trailing behind me. I looked around to make sure no one was around.

"Mason texted me to meet him tonight. If anything happens have Ethan watch Sophia and come look for me. You know him more than me. I have a gun, Ethan keeps it in his safe. Get it in case, but please look out for Sophia and the baby."

"It's okay Grayson. We got this, I will kill that son of a bitch." Leo spoke and she placed her hand on my arm to comfort me.

"Alright I'm gonna go now. " I gathered my keys and walked outside to my Range Rover. Making my way over to Greenwood lake, I felt so uneasy as I grew closer and closer. I pulled up near a cabin, I opened the glove compartment and pulled my gun out.

I seen Mason come out from the cabin and send me a wicked smile. I load the gun and place it behind the waistband of my pants, I get off and make my way over to him.

"It seems like you got my message!" Mason said as he walked closer to me.

"What the fuck do you want Mason! Leave Sophia alone for fuck sake! She has moved on! You almost killed my child! What the fuck" I clenched my fist hard, getting ready to knock him out.

"I want her but clearly you won't give her up. So I want you dead instead."

"Do it! You can't do shit! You are such a coward!" I growled as I prepared to attack him. He whistled and a bunch of guys covered in black came towards me and began beating me. I tried fighting back but before I knew it, everything was fading out.

I heard them drive off, leaving me with nothing. And so I only prayed to god, to keep Sophia and my son safe.
