Today was the day to start a new life as a typical teenage boy.  Jihoon woke up by the sound of his mother yelling out his name from the kitchen downstairs.

"Wake up! You're gonna be late for your first day!" she yelled out as she spread butter on the toasted bread. Jihoon groans under his breath and gets out of bed taking his sweet time not caring if he was going to be late for school.  As he walks out of the bathroom he opens his closet seeing his school uniform hung up on the side of the door.

These clothes were nothing like his style at all. He wondered why the school has such hideous taste in clothing knowing that he only wore black. He put on the white collared shirt and put on a black, dress sweater over it.  Coming from downstairs his father saw Jihoon struggling to tie up his tie.

"You need some help right there?" His father asked raising an eyebrow.

"No thanks." Jihoon shook his head rolling his eyes in frustration.

"Come on, just let me help you." his father said tying up his tie. Jihoon doesn't make eye contact with him.

"Do I have to go?" Jihoon sighed.

"So you're saying you'll rather stay here at home all day?" his father smirked.

Jihoon chuckled sarcastically, "Please, the last few days I didn't even stay at home. I was actually living my life Dad. On my own, but you guys would rather just let me be with a bunch of people who are most likely gonna get on my nerves and then I might lose it."

"Well, you're just gonna have to get used to it." He pats him on the back. "Put your shoes on and fix your hair because you can't wear a hat this time." he smiled as he walked back downstairs.

Jihoon sighs as he combs his hair down covering his forest eyes. The scent of bacon passed through his face as he walked down the stairs making his mouth water. Once he sat down on the table in the dining room he immediately gobbled down the juicy meat of bacon and sausages.

"Make sure you don't start eating like that in the lunch room and scaring the whole school." His father chuckled.

Jihoon rolls his eyes, "Well obviously Dad, but if I had a choice I would just eat outside away from all of those people instead of wasting my time being in a place that stresses me out.  Anyways, I know what to do so stop worrying so much. I'm not stupid." He grabs his book bag and walks out of the house and drives to school. There was whole lot of strange fog that came out of no where into the distance. A car accident occurred on the side of a street light right next to his car.

"What the hell?" he looked at the crashed cars that were in the accident. One of the cars was flipped over. He saw an arm waving through the fog from the car that was flipped. He gets out of his car running to help.

Smoke filled the air not knowing where to look. The scent of gasoline brushes through his face making his sight blur. Sparks started coming out of the broken engine of the cars. Jihoon ran faster to the car and grabbed the door of the car pulling it out like it was nothing. He grabs the person's arm and pulls them out of the bottom of the car kneeling down on some shattered glass scraping his legs. As he saw who was the person he noticed it was Yuna, but she was unconscious. Her face was scratched and full of smoke. Jihoon carried her to the ambulance, but once they drove her away both cars exploded and everyone scattered. Jihoon just stood there with his figured shadowed by the surrounding pollution. He went in his car and left, but didn't go to school. Instead he drove out of town and found himself in a valley that had a farm next to it.

Sunset started to shine through the darkening sky as glowing stars began to shine. Jihoon layed down on the fresh cut grass and stared into the new night sky. His strong sense of smell felt the scent of cow from the nearby farm. His hunger grew.

"No.....I can't" he tries to resist. He groans as his fangs slowly come out wanting the taste of that fresh meat. Those eyes of his start to glow into darkened green as he sneaks his way closer to his prey. He growls viciously jumping out of the shadows and snatches the poor cow off the ground with his long nails ripping through its body. Warm blood sprays out and drips down his face and all over his hands.

"What have I done?" He whispers to himself looking at his bloody hands and the animal that has become ripped apart. Someone comes out of the barn with a shotgun. It was one of the farmers.

"Who's there?" The farmer looks around. Jihoon ducks down crawling in the grass stealthily trying to become noticed. He ran back to his car when he knew he was now out of sight from the farmer. Blood was everywhere. His jeans were torn from the glass that was from the car when he rescued Yuna. There were 36 messages and 5 missed calls from his mom. He didn't bother.

There was some extra clothes that he had in the back of his trunk, but the blood stained on his hands and his face. There was nothing to hide any of that, but he didn't care that much since it wouldn't be the first time he would've gone home like that. He drove home thinking of how Yuna might be doing. There were so many thoughts going through his head for some reason. What made her get into that accident? Was it her, or was she just not paying attention? She must be careless. He thought to himself with a little smirk on the side of his scratched up face.

"Where have you been?!" His mom shouts once he walk through the front door. She looks at the stained blood on his hands and the marks of smoke on his face. "What happened to you? Were you part of that car accident that we saw in the news?"

"No mom, but did save someone that was in the accident that's why I'm like this." He starts to walk away.

"Wait." she raises her hand in front of him, "where did all of that blood come from?"

He rolls his eyes, "That's not even something that you should be asking." He walks away from her and goes upstairs into his room. Anger floods his body as his punches his mirrors shattering it into a thousand pieces some getting stuck in his skin.

"We're gonna have to tell him." his dad said standing next to the kitchen counter with a glass of red wine in his hand.

"We can't. He'll leave us." his mom looks at his dad with a worried face biting her lip.

"There's no more time left for this to be hidden from him. Even if he does leave us it's not like he wants to be here now." he shrugs.

"When should we tell him then? Or should they tell him themselves?"

"I think that it'll only be believable if they tell him themselves. I don't think he'll believe us if we tell him out of the blue." He puts his glass down and walk out of the kitchen. "We don't have to tell him now, but it has to be soon or else he'll never know."
