As stagnant the pages unfurl,
dazzle diverges amidst the prelude
Knittin' the solace as I strode
driftin' away from my chair, home and road
To the escapade dwelled within the protagonist
dispensin' the ache and zeal that abides
as followed the thoroughfare with it's stumblin' bends
Untanglin' instincts of fable in maze
whispered besides the branches as they vow
Soliloquy about the truth of leavin'
things that no longer help ya grow
Within a cloak as it dwindled
draping 'em in ethereal reverberation..
In the oblivion lingerin' ; it coalesces again
Cause' ounces of you hinged remains
At the misty eyed dawnin' day
Spiels filtered through my window
dressed in sun's daylight ray,
Slipped silently on the dew drops
edging to the epilogue clockin' glee
Downfall rages for resuscitation
but once for all you slipped besides
like the quickly settin' sun
leavin' me all ink stained
reminiscent of ambers that will never fade <3
