"If you crash this thing I will never talk to you again," I said to Brooklyn as he steered the golf buggy. We were currently riding it around backstage of the concert trying to find people to take photos with. It seemed like there was nobody here though.

"I won't," he said with a laugh. "It will be fine." We turned the corner and he hit the brake suddenly as we came across a group of people. "I told you we would find people." He crouched down in front of me. "I will give you a piggy back."

"You're mad," I said with laugh as he took off running down the corridor. "Isn't that your father?"

"And my brothers," he said. He slowed down as we reached the group but didn't let me down off his back. "Hey." He looked around at everyone and I did the same.

I was starstruck but I didn't let it show. "Hi."

"You're Brooklyn right? Didn't we meet before?" Brad from The Vamps said.

"Yeah," he answered. "This thing is my girlfriend Ella." He gestured to me. "It's nice to see you again."

"I am not a thing," I said. "It's nice to meet you."

"Likewise," he said with a laugh. "Are you looking forward to the show?"

"Yeah I can't wait," I said with a smile. I jumped down from Brooklyn's back as my phone rang. I pulled him around to face me. "I will be back now." He pressed a kiss to my cheek as I walked away.

"What do you want?" I sighed into the phone. "I am at a concert."

"Are you with James?" my father asked. "I still can't get hold of him."

"Like I said earlier, he's gone out for the day," I said. "Why do you even want to speak to him? What's so urgent?"

"I've got a proposition for him," my father said. "I just want to talk to him about it."

"Well, try phoning him not me," I said. "If you've got nothing else to say then I am going."

I shoved my phone back in my bag and went back to join Brooklyn. "Is everything alright?"

"Yeah," I said with a smile.

We spent the next few minutes taking photos with people and talking before we had to leave.

"This is fantastic," I said to Brooklyn as he ran down the corridor with me on his back once again. "Thank you so much."

"It's fine," he said with a smile. I kissed his cheek before hopping off his back. We had made it to the concert hall. We got escorted our seats and we waited for it to begin.

"I wish it would be like this forever," I whispered. Thankfully he didn't hear me because some girls in the front row of normal seating had recognised him and he was taking photos with them.

"You're so lucky," one girl said to me.

"I know," I said with a smile back.

Once everything had died down we started talking again.

"What are you doing tomorrow?" he asked me. "I thought we could meet up."

"We've got revision leave for a reason," I said with a laugh. "I suppose I could spare an hour or two though."

"Good," he said before planting a kiss on my lips. "Now, let's enjoy the concert."

--

"I'm home," I shouted as I walked through the door with Brooklyn. "Where is everyone?"

"I'm in here," James called from the kitchen. "I'm making dinner."

"That smells nice," I said as I entered the room. Some of his friends were sitting around the table obviously waiting for food. "You going out?"

"Yeah," he said. "I won't be out for long. Will you be alright to look after Tyler?"

"Sure," I said with a shrug. "Where's Mum?"

"She had to go to Scotland last minute for a work thing," he explained. "Are you two eating?"

"No," I said. "We've had dinner already. We're going to chill out in the living room for a bit." I grabbed Brooklyn's hand and we went into the living room where Tyler was sitting with a girl.

"Who's this?" Brooklyn asked with a wink before I could say anything.

"This is my friend Jo," he said with a shrug. I knew he wasn't telling the truth though. "Jo, this is my sister Ella and her boyfriend Brooklyn."

"Right well we will just go upstairs," I said. I went back to the kitchen to get some water. "Dad is trying to get hold of you James. He's been phoning me all day."

"Right," he said as I ate some food. "I will phone him tomorrow or something." Tyler walked in with his friend in tow. "Tyler, you've got things to do so you're friend will have to leave in a bit."

"That's not fair," he protested. "What about Brooklyn? He's around here until midnight most of the time."

"It's got nothing to do with Brooklyn," James said. "I trust Ella to do what she needs to first. Plus, they're revising together."

"Fine," Tyler said with a sigh. He walked out of the room again and Jo followed.

I passed Brooklyn some water and we went upstairs to my room.Thankfully, it was nice and quiet in there. I opened the window so the air could come in before sitting on my bed with Brooklyn.

"This past 24 hours or so have been amazing," Brooklyn said after a few minutes of silence. "I could do this all the time."

"Me too," I said with a sad smile. "I will admit some of the conversations we've had have been a bit strange but I've enjoyed every minute of it."

"Ditto," he said. He pulled me onto his lap and I sat facing him with my legs around him.

I rested my forehead against his. "I don't want this to end." I closed my eyes to try and capture the moment.

"Don't want what to end?" he questioned. "This moment?"

"Any of it," I said. "It's perfect. I've never been happier." I grabbed both of his hands tightly. "I know people think we're stupid because we're young but I don't care. Just because I'm young doesn't mean that I don't know what love is. I love you so much."

"You mean the world to me," he said. "I love you." He kissed me slowly. "I hope we never have to break up."

"We won't," I lied. I had a feeling that when I left we would but he didn't know about it. I pushed all the bad thoughts to the back of my mind. I was doing the right thing by not telling him. If he knew it would ruin our relationship, right?
