"No Vae. No. I don't want to go anywhere tonight." I had the phone on speaker as it was placed on the counter top, due to me cleaning my kitchen.

Vae has been trying to get me to say yes to this spontaneous night out, for about an hour. This chil'e just won't take no for an answer.

"Oh come on G! If you go we can go out for food after and I'll even pay." I scrunched my face up at the phone. She's always whining to get her way. I rolled my eyes at the thought.

"Even if I was going you were going to pay anyway for dragging me out on my off day." I placed the clean dishes in the dishwasher, and pushed the sanitize and dry button.

"Come on Gia. Please, for me? And who knows, you might even see your man there. Since he's coming with Dom." I was quite for a moment. Genesis and I have talked a few times after our "date" as he calls it, a few weeks ago. It wasn't that I didn't want to speak to him, I just got really tied up in work, and I was wore out. Though, when we did speak there was never a dull moment.

He is just so sweet, and such a gentleman. Everytime we talked he would want to know things about me, like he was really interested. Then somehow he would always throw in whatever part of the conversation, of how beautiful he thought I was. It would just be so random, but it truly made me blush like a twelve year old school girl.

I flinched a little and jumped out of my thoughts from Nevaeh telling at me.

"Giavonna MiAmor Cambrie! I know you hear me talking to you. You know I hate being ignored." I rolled my eyes with a smile on my face at this girl.

"Yes, I'm sorry Vae. But do you have to be so loud?" I finished wiping down the counters and cabinets so that I can sweep up.

"Well I wouldn't have to if you would listen to me. Now are you coming with me? Please say yes. I don't want to have to be with men the entire night." I chuckled as I placed the broom up, and filled the bucket with bleach, pinesol, and warm water.

"Yes I'll..."

"Yayy! Ok I'll be over in a little while and we can hang out until later on tonight. Love you see you later!" Before I could even reply she hung up.

I know this girl didn't just hang up on me. I huffed out a breath, and looked around the kitchen to make sure everything was to my liking. I did the same to the rest of the house, and then made my way to my room to shower.

I was sitting on my bed watching Mulan for the umpteenth time on Netflix. A few people think that it's childish for me to love watching Disney movies, or cartoon movies in general. I see nothing wrong with it, I'm literally a big kid at heart. I have an entire collection of Disney movies and other franchises. I even get so excited when new ones come out, that I make sure I'm off to go see them in theaters.

I was mentally picturing my outfit for tonight when I heard my front door close, and Vae screaming as she ran up the stairs.

"Girl what is wrong with you?? Why did you come up here yelling like you done lost your mind?" She plopped on my bed cheesing, after throwing her bag down on the little couch I had in here.

She rolled over and got comfortable. "Oooo Mulan! Why didn't you tell me you were watching this? You know this is my favorite." She whined. I rolled my eyes.

"If you don't move girl. Plopping on my bed like that. You said you were on your way two hours ago. You live 15 mins away. What took so long?" She came up towards the top of the bed and sat against the headboard. She started grinning.
