//Chapter 1//

Y/N's P.O.V

I watched as my twin brother Billy folded a piece of paper making it into a paper boat. Georgie, our little brother sat on my lap.

"You sure I won't get into trouble Bill?" Georgie asked Billy.

"Don't be a w-wu-wuss." Bill said with a smile. But then he coughed.

"We would come with you if we weren't dying." I told Georgie as I sniffled.

Me and Billy had been in our room all week because we got this sickness that's been going around Derry.

"You guys aren't dying!" Georgie said.

"Didn't you see the v-v-vomit coming out of nose? And how much Y-Y-Y-N was sweating this morning." Billy said.

"That's disgusting." Georgie said while scrunching up his nose.

"Ok, go get the wax." I say, while putting Georgie back on the ground.

"In the cellar?" He asked looking at me.

"You want it to f-fl-float don't you?" Billy asked. "Fine." Georgie said as he walked out the door.

"Hurry up." Billy said into his walkie talkie.

I sat at me and Billy's desk, applying the wax to the boat making sure there's enough on it so it will float.

"Alright. Here you go. She's all ready, Captain." I say, handing Georgie the boat, that had said "S.S Georgie" on the side of it.

"She?" Georgie asked.

"You always call a b-b-boat she." Billy said.

Georgie smiled and took the boat. "Thanks guys! I'll see you after!" He said and he ran out of the room.

I smiled. I love that kid.

I heard the front door close and I looked out the window. Georgie was wearing his yellow raincoat that went down to his knees and his yellow rain boots.

"Be careful." Billy said into the walkie talkie.

Georgie's walkie talkie flashed red and he waved at us with a smile. I waved back. Then Georgie set the boat in the water and watched it float away, then he started chasing it. Soon enough he was out of our eye sight.

But what I didn't know, is that would be the last time I would ever so my outgoing little brother Georgie again.
