Y/N's P.O.V

As we rode back into town, Eddie kept going on about his mom's friend.

"I think it's great that we're helping the new kid but we also need to think about our own safety. I mean, he's bleeding all over and you guys know there's a AIDS epidemic happening right now as we speak." Eddie rambled. "I mean my mom's friend in New York City got it just by touching a dirty pole in the subway
and she got AIDS blood into her
system through a hangnail, a hangnail!"

We rounded the corner and me, Billy, Ben and Richie got off our bikes and helped Ben sit down on a box.

I honestly didn't know Eddie could talk that fast in little time. Once him and Stanley rounded the corner, he continued ranting.

"And you can amputate legs and arms.
But how do you, how do you amputate a waist?! You know that there are alleys full of AIDS infected needles, right?" Eddie said.

I rolled my eyes. He's a safety junkie. "Eddie, I'm sorry. But you're a safety junkie." I say. I could hear Richie holding in a laugh.

Billy looked at us and then down the alleyway. He gestured me, Eddie and Stanley to follow him to the pharmacy. "Richie stay here." Billy said as we walked away.

"Can we afford all of that?" I asked as I looked down at all of the supplies that Eddie was struggling to carry.

Stan dug through his pocket and pulled out a three, one dollar bills. Well, we're screwed. "That's all we have." Stanley said.

"You're kidding me." Eddie mumbled. "Wait, you have a account here don't you?" Billy asked.

"If my mom finds out I bought all of this stuff for myself, I'll spend the whole rest of the week in the emergency room." Eddie stated. I rolled my eyes at him.

Then, I saw Beverly Marsh walked into the isle we were in and stopped, hiding a box of Tampons behind her back.

"You okay?" Billy asked him. "I'm fine. What's wrong with you?" She asked. "None if your business." Stanley said.

"There's a kid outside that looks like someone killed him." Eddie said. Me and Stanley both glared at him. "We need some s-s-supplies." Billy said. "But we don't have enough money." I say.

Beverly smirked. "I got this." She said as she walked up to the counter. And she started talking to Mr. Keene. We waited a bit until she knocked over a display stand and Mr. Keene leaned over and started picking up everything that had fell over.

She looked back at us and I knew that was our signal to get out of here. I started to push the boys toward the door. I may have pushed Eddie to hard because he knocked over some first aid kits.

"Just suck the wound!" Richie exclaimed as Eddie was bandaging Ben. "I need to focus right now." Eddie said.

"You need to focus?" Richie asked. "Yeah. Can you go get me something?" Eddie asked. "Ok, what do you need?"

"Go get my bifocals. They're in my second fanny pack." Eddie said. "Jesus." I say. "Why do you have two fanny packs?" Stanley asked.

"It's a long story but I need to focus right now." Eddie said.

I looked up and saw Billy walking toward the Main Street. He turned and stared forward. Beverly came in view and they started talking. I saw Bill pull out a dollar bill and tried to offer it to Beverly, but she declined by holding up a pack of smokes.

"Oh god! He's bleeding!" Stanley said. Which turned my attention back to Ben. "You have to suck the wound before you apply the bandage." Richie stated. "It's basic."

"You don't know what you're talking about." Eddie shot back and he tried to put another bandage on Ben, but Ben swatted Eddie's hands away and pulled down his shirt.

I followed his gazed and saw Beverly walking over to us with Billy following her. "Are you ok? That looks like it hurts." Beverly said.

"No, I'm good. I just fell." Ben said. "Yeah, right into Henry Bowers." Richie said. "Shut it, R-R-Richie." Billy said.

"Why? It's the truth." Richie said. I looked over at him. He looked at me and expected me to hit his arm, like I normally do, but instead I nodded in agreement. Richie is telling the truth.

"You sure they got the right stuff to fix you up?" Beverly asked. By the look on Eddie's face, she just offended him.

"W-W-We'll take care of him. Thanks Beverly." Billy said. "Sure. Maybe I'll see you around." She said. "Yeah, we were maybe thinking about going to the q-q-quarry tomorrow if you wanna come." Billy said.

"Good to know. Thanks." Beverly said and then walked away. Stanley looked down the alleyway and made sure Beverly was gone before he spoke. "Nice going bring up Bowers in front of her."

"Yeah, did you hear what she did?" Eddie said. "What did she do?" Ben asked. "More like who'd she do, I heard the list is longer than my wang." Richie said grabbing his private spot.

"That's not saying much." I mumbled, which caused Eddie to laugh a bit. "There j-j-j-just rumours." Billy said. "Anyway, Bill had her back in third grade. They kissed in the school play. The reviews said you can't fake that type of passion." Richie said.

"Now, Pip Pip Tally-Ho my good fellows! I do believe this chap requires our utmost attention, now get in there Dr. K and fix him up!" Richie pushed Eddie toward Ben again.

"Why don't you shut the fuck up, Einstein because I know what I'm doing and I don't want you doing doing the British guy." Eddie retorted and turned his attention to Ben.

"Suck a wound. Get in there." Richie said. I looked at Richie and shook my head. "Rich, your accents are horrible." I say with a small smile.

Richie looked at me. "They do not!" He said with a smile as well.
