"Ah yes, anything at your disposal, Jiminie." Lisa's face relaxes into a satisfied expression when she sees Jungkook looking at her behind his mug while arching an eyebrow. She can almost see the world "Really" plastered and highlighted on his chiseled face.

"Well, me and Jungkook saw you talking to the bartender... Her name is Kim Jisoo."

Lisa still nods at them, Jimin looks up and averts his gaze to Jungkook when he sees her glistening chestnut eyes bore into his, which he earns a nod from the younger to go on. "Are you two acquaintances?"

"I met her at the bar about a week ago," Lisa ponders. "And I met up with her 2 days ago, she seems to attract me, at least more different than other girls do."

Jimin raises his eyebrows in amusement, guess that next time he should get rid of his habit of judging a book by it's cover. Jimin thought she was straight at first glance until he sees her flirting with Jisoo.

"Well, what is up with this Kim Jisoo that lures the fox into the cage?" Jungkook asks casually while Jimin nibbles on a cracker, his cheeks puffing up like a hamster's.

"She only wears lip balm when she goes out."

"Fuck. She's treasure." Jungkook exhales, having fed up with seeing girls' faces with a ton of foundations and concealers but he's still concerned. Looks can't tell everything about a person, only when you dive deep down beneath you'll see it all. And Kim Jisoo is a breathing example of why Lisa shouldn't judge people based on their looks.

"Well, it's nice of you to talk about noona like that, she'll be delighted." Jimin laughs with them. "However, we have a problem related to her unfortunately."

Lisa's face slightly hardens, hugging the cushion closer when she hears about Jisoo, eyes glistening with determination to find out how an innocent young lady can be related to the case that they're paying attention to now: the mummification case. She knows that Jungkook and his partner is currently working on the nerve-wrecking riddles to solve and trace the criminal's steps. However, the thought of Jisoo involved in this makes a shiver runs down her spine as Jimin digs in his pocket and takes out a folded picture and places it delicately on the coffee table between him and the two other cops.

"This is Dae-Hyun." Jimin's hand retreats from the picture and Lisa's long slender hand glides on the table to have a hold of it, lifting it up and narrowing her eyes to closely examine it. A man smiling brightly with golden-ish tanned skin, ocean-colored hair with interlaced sliver and eyes that resemble the color of moss. He has several piercings and tattoos that trail down his body in a well-mannered way. Not too much that makes Lisa feel like he's a criminal. "A childhood friend that sticks together until his very last breath."

He must be the one that was hospitalized after the traumatic news. Who wouldn't be sad if their best friend passed away?

"Ah, I see." Lisa nods and letting Jimin continue after putting down the picture. "We visited and had a talk with him this morning to gather more details about Chin-Hwa since he's possibly our closest chance of finding any more evidence. In our conversation, he did mention Jisoo."

"What did he say about her then?"

Just when Lisa's voice goes silent and Jimin opening his mouth to continue, he hears the sound of a familiar voice, filling the room: raspy and warm, it's laced with fear and unsureness as Jimin looks at Jungkook, holding his phone in his hands.

"No it's not a he, it's a she.."

His breath becomes shaky.

"She's not one of the sluts who were always fawning him but she's the one who introduced him to the new pubs...

Jisoo. Kim Jisoo."

Lisa dead-freezes as she heard Jisoo's name coming out from Jungkook's phone as he looks at her while Jimin's lips pressed into a thin line. Lisa fumbles with her hands, worrying that her new friend will be in jail due to her invitation to the "new pubs". Jungkook turns off his phone and scoots closer as his face softens a bit at his friend's expression. She looks worried, afraid even while she has nothing to do with the accusation and Jungkook wonders if it relates to Jisoo, if that's the case then it's weird because he has never seen Lisa worried about another woman in her life as much as she worries about the female bartender at Devil's Curse.

"I-" Lisa's bottom lip quivers and she whips his head over to Jungkook. "What if there's another Kim Jisoo out there!? You couldn't possibly jump to conclusions that it's her!"

Jimin clasps his hands and laces his fingers together. "Lisa, I asked Dae-Hyun one last time before leaving and he confirmed it was her." He lets out a soft sigh. "Kim Jisoo who works as a bartender at Devil's Curse."

"Unbelievable..." Lisa sadly closes her eyes, something she does when she's stressed and an attempt to escape a bit from reality. She's overwhelmed that Jisoo could have the capability to do this, to hand the dangerous invitation and nearly paved Chin-Hwa to his death without short notice. Lisa wonders why Jisoo would do such a thing and be involved without realizing she's putting her life on the line as she rubs her temple while she feels like being swallowed whole in the others' gaze and it dawned on her that the two of them wanted her to help them solve the case. She talked to Jisoo, flirted her, took her out on one. Only one date. And now she immediately hates herself too since she spilled all of the details to Jimin and Jungkook. Why didn't she realize that she is becoming the mediate object to put Jisoo in jail? Why did she give away too much about her new relationship with Jisoo? But on the other hand, Lisa wants to help them, help her two friends solve the case. Her blood boils as she heard the cruel and inhumane things that the victims had to suffer albeit he was an addict. He lost his career and his life in one night.

"Lisa," Lisa looks up guiltily as Jimin calls out her name and he sees her eyes glisten. "She's not going to drift away from you..."

"How do you know that?" Lisa's voice breaks as Jungkook rubs her shoulder in order to calm her. "She can be in jail for being an indirect murder and what if she's the hea-"

"I don't think it's her." Jungkook croaks out, looking her and Jimin. "You see, Dae-Hyun knows Jisoo introduces Chin-Hwa to the new club. If a criminal does that, he would be a complete fool since the evidence is leaked."

"If Jisoo had been the head or she had had an indirect motor of killing Chin-Hwa there, she would have been smart enough to stop Chin-Hwa from spilling it all to Dae-Hyun." Jimin continues, drafting out the possibilities because he sees the sparkles of elatedness in Lisa's eyes as she drifts into her thoughts again. She's safe. Jisoo is safe in Lisa's hands. "The consequences is possible but we shouldn't jump into conclusions that she's related until the case is closed."

"We won't know if it's possible to be closed or not..." Jungkook drifts off. "However, you know that you're seizing a very big potential in helping us sky-rocket to another step?"

Lisa looks at Jungkook. Her shoulders stiffen as she imagines the awkward tension as Lisa interrogates Jisoo with her utmost expressionless face. She didn't want that. She didn't want Jisoo to be scared of her cold side, her unnie is too used to seeing her bubbly and shiny personality. "I know.."

"And I will agree to help."

Jimin thinks it's very brave of Lisa to agree on such a term though it's rather a tough decision. Lisa is facing a corner where the road signs point to Justice and Injustice with Jisoo as a condition. If she agrees to take her steps on Justice, she be on the brink of loosing Jisoo - though new but have a definite impression on her and if she agrees to follow Injustice, she'll have Jisoo but will be called "untrustworthy" since being a cop and follow the Injustice sounds as wrong as having chili on ice cream. Lisa leaves her own feeling behind and takes the Justice path. His chest feels as if a weight had been lifted of as his back straightens comfortably when they have come to terms with each other. Maybe Jungkook is right after all, she indeed has a heart of gold.

"With one condition." Lisa blurts as she folds her arms causing Jungkook to pay attention to her.

"I'll talk to her myself."
