"What do you mean Jimin didn't come to the hospital?"

The male says in disbelief, scrunching his eyebrows in confusion due to the fact Jimin not answering him back. He seizes his phone in anticipation to calm the anxiety he's feeling down. First the drugs company, now this. "Jin hyung, don't make me flip the damn table because it's not funny."

Seokjin breaths out a lungful of air and shakes his head, his lips form into a thin line as he shifts his attention from Jungkook to the marbled hospital floor under his feet. He hasn't seen the younger pink-haired lad all morning and he too is also worried about what would happen to the male.

"Shit." Seokjin looks up to see Jungkook fumbling with his smartphone, his big hands worriedly gripping it when his forehead glistens with sweat as he from time to time dials Jimin's phone number but he gets is Jimin's voice as a recorded message to tell him to wait and that he would reply later. As for Jungkook, upon seeing that there was no other work to do other than waiting the line and witnessing Hobi, his hyung told him to call his friend like that, showeringan Taehyung with subtle touches and cheesy lines, Jungkook came to the decision of leaving them alone at the station to guard the line in order for him to check on the older. After a number of phone calls which he roughly guessed around ten or so, Jimin didn't pick up which made Jungkook a tad worried though he still remained his calm until receiving the news that Daehyun had checked out earlier and Jimin was no where near the hospital.

"He didn't pick up!" Jungkook frustratingly half-screams, his stomach churns in discomfort as his eyebrows scrunches in worry. The sun is beginning to set outside with fewer patients roaming around the ground floor, nurses are beginning to pack up to leave and for others to work on their next shift. "It's getting late and when he finishes, he would always call me." Jungkook sighs in annoyance and pinches the bridge of his nose to try and calm down, a wild and raging personality won't suit with solving a problem. He looks at Seokjin, his eyes glisten with a blend of emotions on how to find the older lad but the doctor just looks at him with disappointment and shakes his head, indicating their nothing's more that he can do since the past time, Jungkook has been trying to reach Jimin but no answer. Moreover, he tries to call the number of his apartment, just in case he forgets to unmute his ringtone and eventually went home a while ago but surrounding him is still a thick veil of darkness when the landlord decides to pick up the line. After a while of not being able to receive any signals from his hyung, Jungkook audibly sighs while punching Taehyung's number on his phone.

"I think you should go..." Taehyung trails off shyly, his eyes fix onto the illuminating screen of his computer to try and hide his affection swirling in a storm too clearly in his eyes. His fingers tap non-stop on the computer to release a tad amount of energy surging inside his body and not to mention, covering up the fake excuse of being too busy and his shift in order to shoo the orange-haired male away, who is still looking at him with his eyebrows raised.

"How about no?" Hoseok shrugs and brushes off Taehyung's asking nicely of him to quietly leave the station as if it was only air. The action makes Taehyung's head peak up from the computer screen, only revealing his half of his face as he pushes his glasses up the bridge of his nose when he sees the opposite male showing off his infamous heart-shaped grin. "Leaving you here alone? Well, not quite because there's still your boss up or downstairs what-so-ever but he's of no help."

Taehyung lightly smiles when Hoseok boldly comments the truth, Chief Yoongi surely is useless by now since he's sleeping and usually he would be as dead as a log but waking him up, well, you'll face the consequences.

"Th-There're donuts," Taehyung mentally curses at him stuttering when he sees the other male fetches some coffee for himself and him. "Choose which one you like best." The brunette pushes the donut box over and opens it to reveal two delicious donuts, one with a colorful bed of cornflakes on a layer of white sugar glaze and the other with a simple matcha glaze topped finally with chocolate syrup. Hoseok receives the box with child-like joy beaming in his eyes when he looks at the other male. Taehyung swears, for once he feels thankful for this insanely big-screened computer helping him hide his emotions.

As for Hoseok, upon seeing the male observing him preparing to eat so abnormally attentive, stops what he was doing regardless of his rumbling stomach. "Is this poison or what?"

Taehyung slams his forehead on the table.

"The irony of a police officer trying to get himself into jail," The brunette says, his face is still glued on the table which makes his voice muffled from tiredness and annoyance. Why would that be such a surprise, it's his normal way of treating him so he guesses that Hoseok made a good point in asking.

"Look, I know you're kind of accustomed to my way of treating you but please," Taehyung folds his glasses down and grabs the last donut, which is the matcha one and starts biting a big piece out of it. The mild bitterness and sweetness of matcha overflowing his palate. "I treat you nicely, as a way of thanking your cooperation."

My way of thanking.

"Oh, then I won't be risking my life then." Hoseok digs in happily afterwards, smiling gleefully no more different than a child having his first ever donut. A sun in a human's body.

"Jungkook, why this late?" Taehyung questions when his earbud picks up a call from one of his close colleagues, making Hoseok raises his eyebrows at the sudden mention of the name. Taehyung hears quickened breaths of Jungkook, trying in vain to calm down as his voice is also quivering in anxiety.

"Jungkook? Calm down and tell me what happened." Jungkook sits in the silent void of Jimin's apartment, hoping that this was just a cruel joke that the older set up and no more than seconds later, Jimin would pop up from the rectangular hole in the kitchen and engulfed him in a warm embrace. But he hoped for that to happen many hours ago and still no presence of his dear hyung.

"Jimin has gone missing." Jungkook's eyes focus on the mattress he's seated on, his fingers fumbling with the smooth fabric to calm his nerves and churning stomach. "This morning, after I went to work and Jimin went to the hospital and after that he was no where to be found." He hears his friend from the other line trying to comfort him but his heart only quickened his pace and his eyes start to sting annoyingly much just because of a person's absence. Jungkook knows Jimin meant a whole lot to him and from the time he and the other started working together, he had wanted to treasure him dearly, to compensate for the mistreatment he overused and for the rock-bottoms the older had hit in the past. "Do you guys happen to see him?"

Jungkook hears silence on the other line, and some small chitter-chattering of, must be Taehyung and Hoseok.

"Hey dude," he hears the slight break in Hoseok's voice when they talk to each other. "This morning, I tried to reach him too, but upon receiving nothing but a message to contact him later, I stopped. Did he go home?"

"I wouldn't have called then." Jungkook sniffles and wipes away his stinging eyes, buildings begin to light up outside and he wonders where Jimin could be wandering but all he could see is the flower shop Jimin stopped to buy a bouquet this morning is closing.

"Hey," Hoseok's voice turns soft and sonorous. "I know your dead worried and we are too, so I need you to calm down and use your head."

Jimin,

Where are you?

Please.
