Chapter Fourteen:
I didn't respond to Barbara. If she only new that I'm going home and never come back forever. Or I guess forever.
Barbara and I became friends because of Cara. They're somewhat related to each other I guess. The three of us became best friends for a year.
And I think; one year is long too for a friendship. But now, she forgot about our relationship because of a guy that she likes and doesn't even feel the same way for her.
I almost blurted my thoughts but then I stopped my mouth. I still treasure our friendship even though this is happening. I'm not like her.
She left minutes ago and I am still on the floor. I held the door of a cubicle for support as I stand up. My feet hurt and I gently rubbed my knees.
I looked at myself on the mirror to find out that my hair looked like it was passed by a tornado. I immediately fixed it before I go out of the comfort room.
"Hey, hey, hey. What do we have here?" I heard Michael say as he towers me. Then the four of them surrounded me.
My eyes searched around for Niall, but I can't see him and so I assumed he isn't with them right now.
"So, I guess, our friend Niall likes you and," Michael sighed. "We don't like it." He snapped.
The beating of my heard stopped. I thought they won't hurt me again but now, what are they doing again?
"W-what do you mean?" I asked my voice small.
"What we mean? We mean we don't like you for him." Ashton butted in from my back. I looked at him and he's crossing his arms from his toned chest.
I didn't reply. I don't know what to say but I could feel tears flowing through my cheeks.
"You should stay away from him; we don't want our friend to date an ugly bitch like you." Calum says. "You're not alike."
Minutes later, I found my guts to finally speak up for myself. "Next month, I'm changing schools. You don't have to worry." I wiped the tears on my cheeks.
I walked going to my apartment since it's just walking distance from school. I throw myself on bed and lied for an hour, just staring nothing then tears freely stream on my face.
I sat up and leaned on the headboard.
"This is for the better," I say to myself. "It's going to be alright." I shakily sighed as I enveloped my legs with a hug and my chin above my knees.
It may be hard to leave the people I love but it's for the best of everyone and of course for me.
I called Cara to say I'm not going to school later because I'm not feeling well. I'm not sick but I don't wanna go out. I feel like I don't want to see people's faces that’ve put me to pain.
