Kartik was constantly crying in front of a hospital room. Inside the room, the love of his life lay nearly lifeless. She had fell again, and her foot got cut open, leading an infection inside it. Since the foot was already injured, the infection caused septic. She was in a very critical condition, the doctors only gave her an hour to live. They tried everything, but there was no hope. Kartik was completely broken, he couldn't believe this is how God was punishing him. The two people he loved the most, his mom and Naira were going away from him. Kartik couldn't face the reality of what was happening, he just couldn't accept that Naira was dying.
The doctor came out of the room with a hopeless expression plastered on his face.

Kartik didn't wait for a nanosecond, he rushed into the room. Feeling his presence, a weak Naira opened her eyes after much struggle, and gave him a half hearted smile.

tears again brimmed kartik's eyes. he was trying to be strong but he couldn't.

With shaking hands, Kartik took Naira in his arms and clutched her tightly. They were both sobbing. Kartik broke the hug and kissed her forehead, eyes, nose, and cheeks. Not seeing him go further, Naira pulled him into a passionate kiss. They didn't break the kiss for long, thinking the moment they broke it would be their last moment together. Kartik finally broke the kiss after a while.

N - Kartik, humari first kiss after two years was also our last kiss. Ab tumko mere bina jeena hoga. Please don't forget about me. And whatever anger you have for me let it go now.

Kartik was sobbing continuously. Naira wiped his tears and cupped his face.

Their entire love story came flashing in front of their eyes, from their first meet to their separation.

N - tum mujhse pyaar karte ho?

He managed to say this even though he could barley talk through his constant tears. His entire shirt was wet.

saying this she closed her eyes. Kartik screamed "Naira!!!!"

Hearting Kartik's scream, the doctors came rushing in and pushed Kartik out.
There he sat on the hospital chair constantly praying and crying. He closed his eyes and saw Naira everywhere.

K - You can't leave me Naira, you can't! Tumhe mere liya aana hoga phir se. Mai nahi jee sakta tumhare bina.

after a gruesome hour, doctors rushed out of the room.

D - Mr Goenka it is a miracle! We found blood type O positive for Naira just in time for a blood transfusion! She is weak, but she will survive.

Kartik's happiness knew no bounds, he started crying out of happiness. Without asking anything, he rushed into the room to find Naira smiling.

K - Naira!!
He kissed her all over her face, and her hands.
K - I told you! You will be fine. you didn't believe me. look! you're okay.
N - i was so close to dying, but your love didn't let me die. Bhagwan knew that you needed me more than he did.

they joined their foreheads,
and lived happily ever after with no more separations.
