Coming out slightly

Uh so I told my mom to use they/them for my pronouns and she said "I'll try" so I guess that's good? Definitely not telling my dad because he's really big in me being his daughter and ugh I hate it so much when he says "she", "daughter", "[insert birth name here]", "my little girl" and ugh I hate it

Good news is that I'm in Palm Springs, California and I've seen 4 pride flags so far (3 in less than an hour)
