Twenty One

I've been waiting weeks and it's finally the day. The day where everyone cares what you look like, how beautiful you can be.

I'm going to Kat's house to get dressed later with the girls and then the boys are coming to pick us up in a limo from the house.

"You all ready for tonight? xxxx"a text from Niall flashed up onto my phone.

"I've been ready for weeks!! I'm so exited but I feel a bit nervous xxxx" I sent back.

I don't know why I'm nervous. What's the worst that can happen? Someone looks better than me? It's not a competition. I'm sure that all the girls will look beautiful, even Elizabeth.

But there's something in the back of my mind telling me to stay with Niall for the whole night.

"Why are you nervous baby? You know I'd never let anything happen to you xxxxx" my phone buzzed in my lap.

"Smile!!" Lesley, Katrina's mum said as she took what felt like the 100th picture this evening, "Beautiful girls!"

"Ok have you got everything?" she asked again panicking.

"Mum, we are fine, the boys should be here any minute!" Katrina told her mother.

Just as she spoke, the door bell rang. Lesley hugged us all and we opened the door to find four boys looking gorgeous in black suits and matching ties to their dates dresses. Harry's blue, Louis' red, Lewis' purple and Niall's green.

"Woah! You look gorgeous!" Harry literally dribbled and kissed Katrina.

"Hello beautiful" Louis beckoned Isabella into a hug.

"Oh Nadia, you look stunning!" Lewis kissed his girl.

Niall just stood in the porch looking at me with his mouth wide open.

"What?" I giggled.

"You... Y you look.. so beautiful" he stuttered.

We all walked down the driveway and got into the black limo. We had drinks and snacks in the back and we chatted the whole way there.

"Awww you look so gorgeous!" Katie said as we walked in.

"So do you Hunny. Blue is so your colour!" I said back. She really looked beautiful in her full length sapphire dress.

We danced with Katie and James for a while, talking and giggling as we tied to dance in time with the music in the background.

"I'm just going to grab a drink, do you want anything?" Niall said into my ear.

"Oh I need a drink too, I'll come with"

"Can we have two cokes please" Niall ordered.

"I think I'm going to pop out side for some fresh air." I stated. It was getting so hot in that hall.

"Sure. Do you want me to come with you?" He asked.

"I'm sure I'll be fine. I'll be back in a few minutes"

I pushed through the crowd of sweaty people, making my way to the nearest exit. By this time, I had found myself struggling for air, there were so many people I could barely breathe.

When I got out side I was gasping and I began to feel light headed.

"You look like your struggling, are you ok?" A voice from above me said, " can I just say, your looking absolutely stunning tonight."

I looked up and saw I face I hadn't seen in a while.
