I Promise To Love You Until the End of Forever... (A James Rodriguez Love Story)

"Are you sure this will be better than staying home and sleeping?" I asked my uncle Thiago. We had been close since before I could walk, and even though he was my uncle, he was only 6 years older than me.  Currently, I was trying to convince him to let me stay home and sleep instead of going with him to his practice, but so far I have been unsuccessful, even though I was 19. "You're coming Lex" He sang as he got out of the car and I followed. 

I grew up with soccer. You see, my father is Ricardo Kaka, the famous Brazilian soccer player. Since I was his oldest child, he showed me all I know of the sport. My uncle on my mom's side was Thiago Silva, so I guess you can say soccer is all I've known since I was born. 

The World Cup was going to start in 1 week, and all the teams were starting to arrive in Brazil. I had been here since school ended. Every summer I came to visit Brazil, but this summer I was going to be here the whole summer. Not that I'm complaining, I love Brazil.

Practice was finally over and I said bye to the team and waited for my uncle outside the stadium. Usually I would've loved coming to the practice. Ever since i was little, my dad started bringing me to the practices, but since he wasn't called this world cup, my uncle was bringing me. But today I was tired, like really tired. I had landed only yesterday, and had hardly any sleep. 

As soon as we got home, I went to my room and fell into a deep sleep because I knew this next month would be hectic.
