5. Another Day

"Silence! Get into you assigned groups, its been posted on this wall," points Professor Sinistra.

"Yes!"Ginny and me exclaim. We find Astoria and tell her the news.

"Really!! I can't believe all three of us are in the same group!"

"I know," Ginny gushes.

"Let's sit down," I say with a chuckle.

That class we all just whisper the whole time. After trying to get them to "shut the bloody hell up" I gave up and joined in. I knew everything anyway.

"Ugh thank Merlin it's lunch," Ginny sighed giving Harry a peck on the lips.

"Yes I agree love," laughs Harry.

"On a more serious note, before Ron comes, when are you gonna, ya know" Harry inquires. 

"Ginerva Weasley!"OFCOURSE she told Harry. OFCOURSE. The whole bloody school probably knows. She just offers a wavering smile.

"Well," urges Harry.

"I don't know. When the time is right."

Just then Draco appears and plops down next to me.

"Malfoy?"

"Nice to see you too Granger," he smirks.

"Hey Draco," offers Ginny. Since when were they on first name basis?

"Hey," he nods back.

"So I was wondering if you two would like to come to the our dormitory to hang out with me and the Slytherins at night?" 

"Yea sure, I'm in," Harry responds after a moment of hesitation, and Ginny nods in confirmation.

"What's he doing here?"

All four of us turn our heads toward the voice in perfect synchronization . Then Ginny, Harry and Draco smirk. Like friends. That's nice, but WHEN?!  

"I've been here all along Weasel," Malfoy smirks.

"Kick him out," he responds in a rather soft voice.

"I'm rather fine with him," says Harry, with quite a large amount of sass.

"Yea I have to agree," nods Ginny. Draco seems rather taken aback at this sudden amount of kindness and I smile. He deserves some love after being denied it, 18 years of his life. Or 19, I'm not sure.  He recovers though and laughs. 

"It's all good Weasel, I know when I'm not wanted. I just don't particularly care," he remarks, bringing up quite a few laughs from all of us. Ron was now fuming, making it even more hilarious.

"I'll go Weasel before your face becomes more red than your hair," then he turns to us, places his hand on my shoulder, and says in a rather cocky voice, "Bye friends."  I roll my eyes but don't stop laughing. 

"Bye," the three of us chorus. He retracts his arm and walks back to his table. I smile at the warmth and safety I felt under his touch.

"Are you all under the Imperio or something?" Ron fumes, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Nope," replies Ginny, popping the 'p'. She then stares at me, with an amused expression. She then mouthes, 'You and me later' .  What did she want now?

'Sure', I mouth back, trying my best to look innocent. 

Ginny satisfied, resumes eating her food with a now smug expression.

 What did she want now?

-----Skip to dinner-----

Me, Ginny, Harry, Pansy, Astoria, Theo, Blaise, and Draco were constantly watching the clock, willing time to  go faster. Ron meanwhile was stuffing his face, and looking at the Slytherins, Draco especially, with a face full of anger. The three of us just ignored him. The three of us finished and as I started to get up Ron pulled me down and kissed me. And it was disgusting. I pulled away.

"I'm sorry no time, got to go do homework," I lied. Harry and Ginny looked at me with identical apologetic smiles. 

"We want some alone time," Ginny said referring to her and Harry. She was a really good actor.

"Don't shag please," Ron remarked causing Harry to turn a bright red and Ginny to roll her eyes.

"BYE RON," Ginny says pointedly. 

I then lead them to the dorm, all of us quite excited.
