The three group of boys sat around the table. Jin hadn't come out of his room in a while. Despite everything that's happened so far, Jin has really been the one to keep everyone grounded. But now, ever since he had witnessed his own boyfriend's death it's like the boys had lost their rock.Jungkook sat at the head of the table, his head tilted at the cream coloured ceiling. His mind hasn't been able to process anything that's happened so far, and it's hard for him to stay focused.
All get could think back to was the beginning of the day, when everyone was alive and when they were all getting chased by the man with the knives. When the man had tackled Jungkook to the ground, the look of confusion but also a sort of innocence was imprinted in Jungkook's mind.
Although Jungkook knew the man was responsible for this, there was still such a moment of disbelief when Jungkook looked at his face. How could someone so innocent and small looking, be responsible for the death of his friends.
He really didn't know. But at least now he realized why the cabin was put at such a low price.
Jungkook also realized that Jin had paid beforehand, so there would be no crazy landlord wondering where his money was after two weeks would pass. There would be no one to realize that someone was gone.
"For fucks sakes, Jungkook can you focus please?" Jimin said, tapping the table in front of them to get the youngest's attention.
Jungkook sighed, "What's the plan hyung?"
"That's what we need to figure out." Yoongi said, "But we can't until Jin comes out of his bedroom."
Jimin shrugged, "I don't know if you remember what just happened literally 2 hours ago, but his boyfriend is dead now. I'm pretty sure he's not able to function at all at the moment."
Jungkook agreed, "Yeah, I think hyung should rest a bit. We've all seen a lot today, but we can't procrastinate with our plan. We need to figure it out right now, then go through with it within an hour. The sun's about to set."
"We ain't go much time. So what should we do?" Jimin asked, looking around at the others at the table.
There was a short silence before Jungkook spoke up again.
"I think we should lure him out here, use Jimin as bait."
Yoongi scoffed, "Excuse me? No, we're not doing that."
The both of them looked at Jimin.
Honestly, Jungkook was slightly frustrated. Using Jimin as bait seemed like their best bet right now.
Jimin chimed in, "Well what I know from all the episodes of Criminal Minds I've watched is that killers are always mad about not being able to finish their job. They get annoyed if they're not able to kill the person they wanted to when they wanted to."
Jungkook interrupted, "So, he's gonna wanna come after you soon anyway."
"Right." Jimin agreed, "If I go outside, lure him to our yard and distract him, then you guys can attack him from behind, we knock him out, tie him up in a chair, then kill him afterwards."
"Jimin, we can't do this. What if something happens to you?" Yoongi said, looking down. "I don't think I can handle losing you too."
Jungkook was about to roll his eyes, but he stopped himself. Since when did he get so apathetic? Why hadn't he felt anything when he saw Namjoon and Hoseok dead on the ground?
From what he noticed, he certainly wasn't the same Jungkook as he was 6 days ago.
"As long as you're safe, that's all that matters to me. Besides, " Jimin chuckled. "We don't have any better ideas do we?"
