"Rise and shine princess," Xander said, making my morning start off with a pissed off mood.

"Shut up," I mumbled angrily. Xander threw his hands up in mock surrender. I rubbed my eyes, wiping the sleep out of them. I really wish I had some face wash.

"Up to you if you want to stick around for breakfast. I can walk you back home or you can go dumpster diving with me," Xander said, and I crinkled my nose at the thought. Xander saw me and chuckled.

"What?" I asked.

"I just find it hilarious how much of a prima donna you are," he said. I glared at him.

"Excuse me, I think about 95% of the population would agree with me. It sounds so disgusting," I said. "And I'm not a prima donna," I mumbled.

"Really? Prove it. Try living an entire day of my life," Xander challenged.

"Heck no! I'm already neck deep in crap from my parents, and I'm not doing any better by going out with you last night. I should have never agreed to come. I don't know what I was thinking," I said.

"That you were totally charmed by my hotness and good charisma?" Xander suggested. I rolled my eyes. "So what's another day going to do? You said yourself, you're already in trouble. Might as well enjoy your time with me as much as you can, I'm probably gonna be the nicest thing you're going to look at for a while."

I bit my lip. I probably won't be able to go out ever again when I get home. So I had to admit that he had a point. But spend an entire day living like him? That's a little absurd. But then again...

"Okay, so let's say I decide to go with you for an entire day, twenty four hours, and live like you. If I do, you have to stop bugging me. Don't sneak into my house again, don't shout things at me in public, don't bug my friends either. I don't need to be involved with Destin's most wanted thief," I said. Xander raised an eyebrow.

"Oh? You don't like being around me? That hurts, Jes. You struck home. So I'm going to place my wager down," he said. "First of all, you won't win. Second, when you lose, you have to admit that you are the biggest prima donna. Then, you have to supply me and Eden-"

"Eden and I," I corrected, but I didn't expect him to know that.

"-with food, blankets, fresh clothes, even showers, for an entire month. And you have to go party hopping with me. Whenever I want," Xander said, ignoring my correction. He was grinning at me and holding his hand out to shake on it. I started pulling my hand out when Xander spit on his own.

"What the heck-"

"Don't be a prima donna, Jes," He sneered. I glared at him. Spitting in my own outstretched hand, I shook his.

"There. An entire day with me. Tomorrow morning you can go home and do whatever the hell you want. Well, you're free to do that now if you want to lose, but if you want to win you're gonna go dumpster diving with me now," Xander said. He turned around and started walking. Since he wasn't watching, I wiped my hand on the slip I was still wearing. Then I quickly put my 'bed' away and ran to catch up with him.

"Okay, so we're about to scavenge by the McDonald's over here. There should be some good stuff there," Xander said. He shrugged his shoulder to the McDonald's across the street. I gag at the thought of eating McDonald's without it already being in the trash, this is even worse.

"Whatever. Let's get this over with," I said. Xander smirked as we crossed the street. Cars sat on the street while impatient drivers gave us dirty looks. I sped up when the cross walk sign started counting down from ten.
