Chapter 2

Piper P.O.V

"Brrringg............"

"Finally."  I whisper to myself as the bell rang to signal the end of first period. I bend down and pick up my bag and dump my books into the bag.

Zara and Alyssa were slowly packing their bags, as I stand beside them waiting impatiently by tapping my foot.

"Hey handsome."  I hear out of nowhere. I turn round and roll my eyes. Off course the biggest bitch of the century had to introduce herself to the new sexy guy in school.

Sarah Gales the biggest bitch/slut in our year. She was tall and had a thin model type figure with blonde curly hair and sea green coloured eyes. Or as I called them snake eyes. There she stood stroking her hand on the new guys arm.

Zara waved her hand in-front of my face.

"Anybody home?" I quickly snap out of my thoughts.

"Yeh sorry was thinking."

"Bout what?" She asks as she picks her bag up and puts it on her shoulder.

"You know who has already started on him." I say as my eyes shifted toward Zack and Sarah.

Both Zara and Alyssa turn and look as Sarah continues to flirt with Zack.

"I'm gonna be sick let's go." Alyssa smirks as she clutches her stomach pretending to throw up.

Both Zara and I laugh at her as we head out to our lockers.

I head further down to my locker as both Zara and Alyssa were on the the way to mine. I had to walk past a set of twenty extra lockers before I got to mine. I open the locker and drop in my calculus notebook, just as I close my locker Zara and Alyssa had come over to me.

Zara looks at me "C'mon lets go outside and sit in the sunshine and enjoy it before we get dumped with so much work we can't enjoy it."

Alyssa and I nod in agreement, as we link arms and head outside.

I put my hands up as the sun gets in my eyes.

"Damn I think I'm blinded it's so bright out here." I laugh as we sit down at one of the old picnic benches at the school.

Zara and Alyssa sit on the one side, and I sit opposite them.

"It's so beautiful though." Alyssa says as she lets the sun shine on her.

"Perfect for a tan". Zara chimes in.

"This is it guys our last year. The last time we sit on these benches, last time we come to school after the holidays, last time..'

"You make us run late." Laughs Zara.

"Hey!!?" I pout back.

"Give me a break it's the first day, plus it happens every year it's your fault for not knowing." I sneer back at her.

"My fault ??!! Alyssa can you believe her ?? my fault." She looks shocked and points to herself.

We all laugh together loudly.

"So this is the table where all the hilarity happens did you have any idea Sean? What about you Mark?, What about you Gary? " I look up at Chris, Sean, Mark and Gary who are casually making their way over to us.
