I smile as he leaves and I go to my room and close the door.
What the fuck am I gonna do if Zack tells them tomorrow. That can't happen. I need to speak to Zack before any of them get to him first.
With that thought I fall on my bed and fall fast...

Three hours later.
i'm sitting in the car staring out the window, my heart is racing fast against my chest. What had I got myself into? I look in the window and could see Zack's eyes looking at me. He looked so fucking hot in his tight suit. God I wanted to rip it off him. I close my eyes and breathe as I try to ignore Dave and my mum snarky comments at each other. To say my mother was angry was an understatement, she was being protective and wanted to keep me away from this insanity. But her being her she made sure to phone all my friends parents as everyone was going to be at court today. Moral support. I knew she would do that. My poor brother and Adam were cutting class to come. Thank god she didn't know sooner or I'm positive my dad would have also been here today.
We finally come to a stop and I get out and see my friends, ignoring my mum, Dave and Zack. I walk towards the girls.
"This is crazy Piper." Alyssa shakes her head as she hugs me.
"It's actually great." We all look at Fiona as Zack finally joins us.
"Well not for Piper. I mean for us, at least we only need to be here today incase one of us is needed to be a character witness for Megan." They all nod in agreement.
"It's time to go in." I hear Zara's mum bark, we all head through security and into one of the court rooms.
The jury comes in and I see Rebeca, Megan and her parents walk in. Seconds later Declan and his lawyer walk through with his parents. He look's skinnier than before as he scans the room, I sit back and look away from him.
I sit between Alyssa and my mum. As the judge comes in we all rise and then sit.
The court stays quiet as the judge looks at his paperwork.
My leg shakes nervously, till my mum places her hand over it.
Judge: "We have two sicknesses today? Mr Smith. He looks at Declan's lawyer unamused.
Dec's Lawyer: He stands up "Yes your honor, I have two doctor's lines to prove that both Mr Ethan Reigns and Miss Sarah Gales are too sick and therefore unable to attend today."
Judge: He waves his hand forward, telling him to bring up his evidence and he nods as Mr Smith goes back and stands by his table.
"It's worrying Mr Smith, that both character witnesses, have the same issue." He pauses.
"But there's nothing that can be done for now, so bring up your third choice Mr Smith."
Dec's Lawyer: He nods. "Yes, Your Honor, May I proceed?"
Judge: "You may."
Dec's Lawyer: "The defence calls Miss Piper Marie Combs to the stand."
