For those of you who are from or living in the US, Happy almost Fourth of July, I'm gonna make another announcement about it tomorrow. I'm starting up judging again. The poetry/short story story announcements are all going to be made at the same time. I'm almost done with them, and since they are short pieces and I don't have much to judge for some of them, I'm giving total scores.
I'll post the results one chapter at a time for suspense's sake. Historical and Science Fiction are going straight into rounds two and three. As are Action/Adventure/Thriller, and Horror/Mystery.
Judging by the small number of entries in those genres I'll definitely be done at the end of the week. I'm also going to be posting all the final ranks at the end of the week.
Once again, I want to thank you for sticking through all of this with me. This was my first contest, and though it was kind of hard to run sometimes, it was fun. I'm not sure if I'll ever do something like this again, but comment if you'd be interested in more contests in the future.
