Round 2 Results: Fantasy

Before I say the finalists , I just wanted to tell all of you, good job. This was so, so, hard, all the top 10 were so close in scores and we had tons of ties. I loved all of your stories so much, and it was so hard to cut some of your entries out, but in the end, I had to chose the top five scores (six entries).

Now, I understand that not all of you are the same age, some of you are probably under the Wattpad age requirement, but I had to judge all of you fairly and equally, so I did not account for age when judging your stories. I apologize to those of you who may be younger, but the point of this was to be fair, and being fair means ignoring age.

I'm sending all of you your fully scored rubrics, regardless of whether you won or lost, along with the stickers for top rubric scores if you earned them, but once I've judged all genres, I'm going to do it in one big wave of sticker sending. Please remember that all of this is for fun, and no matter who advances, all of you are wonderful writers for a very simple reason:

You wrote a story that you are proud of, you uploaded it onto the world wide web, on this website, on Wattpad, and you entered it in this contest. All of you should be very proud of what you've accomplished, and I look forward to our continued relationship as you all improve as writers. Please do not be discouraged by your disqualification, and remember that you'll probably be wining some sort of award anyway, because a lot of the fantasy entries had perfect scores in one section or another of the rubric.
