Five weeks had passed by and the police had still not gotten any information about Judy's whereabouts. Though Henry and Julie had told Officer Harington the truth about them having an elder daughter who was sent away to a sanitarium eight years ago, Kyle was nowhere near solving the complicated case. The Grey couple had not told him everything, however. Such as how they used to treat the girl when she was staying with them all those years. Of course, they would be to blame then and they could not risk it. "Why was she sent away?" Harington had asked when they told him about Reina. "Because..." Henry tried to tell him the real reason, but was interrupted by his wife, who held onto his hand tightly. "Because she was mental and we felt like she was a threat to Judy." Now the main question to be asked was, why would Reina kidnap her own sister? Was it because she was still mental? Or was it something else? "Why did you stop me?" Henry asked as they walked out of Kyle's office room. "We can't tell him the real reason. We can't tell him everything." Julie replied, making sure to talk softly. "But why?" Henry asked, his tone changing. "Because, Henry..." She looked at his upset face. "...we'll get in trouble."

Five whole weeks and Richard made sure to destroy JG a little more whenever his daughter was not around. Reina had even noticed the silence that had occurred to her adopted little sister. Judy would not even look at her anymore, and surprisingly enough, she usually hesitated to even eat. Tears would always be in her eyes and Reina always thought that it was because she was doing such a good job in ruining the girl's life when the real reason was hiding inside her father's pants. "Look at you." Reina said one morning, seeing JG burst into tears. "Look at how much you're suffering. Haha! I'm brilliant, aren't I dad?" She looked at her father, who stared blankly at the crying girl tied onto the chair. "You're gonna get me caught soon!" He yelled at Judy that night. She said nothing and lay still until he was done with what he wanted to do. She was tired and weak. She had lost all of her strength and hope, along with bravery. She felt like a coward. Like a doll. She hated herself for not being able to fight back. I'm better dead.

"Hey look at me. It's your sister. It's alright." Reina looked at the little Barbadian princess, who sat up in her bed and was crying. She had heard her from the next room and quickly went to check on her before her mother and Henry woke up, and there she was. Little Judy Grey. In her beautifully decorated bedroom. Reina walked up to her and spoke softly as the little girl looked up at her big sister with huge green eyes that had little tears in them. Reina laughed and wiped off the ones on her cheeks. "It's okay now. I'm here." She said, sitting beside JG on the bed. "Want me to sing you that lullaby?" She asked nicely as Judy sweetly replied, "Yes please." Reina cleared her throat and began singing softly, "Off to bed, off to bed, little Judy. Happiness will greet you the next morning. Sun rays will shine and birds will sing 'good morning'. But right now, the stars are singing, 'good night Judy'. Mmmm.... Hmmmm... goodnight Judy. Ray-ray is here now so close your little eyes. Mmmm.... Hmmmm... goodnight Judy." She tucked Judy in and smiled, looking into her eyes that sparkled. "Goodnight, little one." She said, kissing JG's left cheek. "Goodnight Ray-ray."

Judy opened her eyes as she tried to figure out where she was. She sighed when she realized that she was in the old basement. Richard was asleep a bit far from her. She slowly got up from the ground and started putting on her clothes, ignoring the numerous aches in her body. Ray-ray is here now so close your little eyes. The lullaby suddenly came into her mind, reminding her of the dream she had just seen. Was it really a dream? It had felt so real, it could not possibly be just a dream. A lost memory! She finally realized. What did that mean though? Reina had told her that she had hated Judy ever since she was brought to her home, but from the memory she just received, it seemed like Reina had lied. She used to love her. She did love her, and she used to sing a lullaby for her to put her to sleep. "Off to bed, off to bed, little Judy." JG said, remembering the words. "Happiness will greet you the next morning." Her thoughts were interrupted by the soft grunts of Richard. Fuck, he's waking up! He got up from the dusty floor and put on his clothes. Then he motioned Judy to sit down on the chair. JG surprisingly obeyed. As he tied the ropes onto her wrists and feet, JG thought hard about her childhood with Reina, trying to remember anything else. Shockingly, she started to remember bits and pieces. She could see it all in her head. Reina did care for her before all the alcohol and drugs corrupted her mind. She did care for Judy. Yes! Her memory was coming back, all at once. For the first time in multiple weeks, she was finally feeling a bundle of joy consuming her heart.
