2. New Day

"Karma, get yo ass ready for school!" yelled my two brothers as they walked in my room jumping on the bed.

"I can't fucking stand y'all! It's too early for y'all shit, now get out my room!"I said.

"We love you too lil sis,"said the twins.

I got up out of my bed and headed to my shower. I brushed my teeth and put my hair up in a ponytail. I hopped in the shower and took a 30 minute shower. Once I got out and dried myself off, I plugged up my curling iron and I went to pick out my outfit. After I got my outfit all picked out, I went back to my vanity to put wand curls in my hair so I could look cute since it is the last first day of my high school career and all. After another 30 minutes, I finished up with my hair and began putting my clothes on. I put my blue and white panty and bra set on and was about to put my clothes on before I was rudely interrupted.

"Yo Ma, breakfast is ready,"said Dre.

"Really bro. I could've been naked. Learn how to knock please. Damn!"I said.

"We've seen you naked plenty of times, so I don't care. But hurry up cause you driving,"said Dre.

"Ok. You can leave now,"I said. Dre threw a pillow at me and ran out my room closing the door laughing.

"You better run!"I said. I finished putting on my clothes and applied a little eyeshadow and clear lip gloss and headed downstairs.

"Morning mom, good morning papi,"I said.

"Morning baby," my mom, Kodi said.

"Morning sweetie," my dad, Angel said. I sat down at the table with my family and ate breakfast.

"You didn't tell us good morning,"said Drez.

"Good morning assholes," I said.

"Beau,"said my dad sternly.

"Sorry papa," I said. We finished up our breakfast, kissed our parents good-bye and headed out to Dre's car. Ever since I got my license, my brothers have gotten so lazy but hey as long as I can drive their cars and keep gas in mine, shit I'm all good with it.

"Stop by the corner store, so I can buy some snacks,"said Drez.

"Alright,"I said. We got to the corner store and went inside. I was trying to get a dragonfruit Redbull but you know I'm kinda short so when I went to go reach for it someone else got it for me and that someone just so happens to be one of the finest niggas at school, if not the finest and my brother's best friend and his name is Aiden Carter.

"Here you go Karma,"said Aiden.

"Ummmmm thanks Aiden." He smiled at me and left. The Lord is always looking out for a sista like me cause I didn't even know he knew my name. I mean I know him and my brothers are best friends and all that cute shit but I've always just been in the background. I got back to the car and we left heading towards the school. First day back to school. Hell here we come.
