37. Big Ballin'

The next day I woke up at 11:30 in the morning. Jax wasn't in the bed so I guess she was downstairs. I went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth. After I brushed my teeth, I got in the shower and cleaned myself up. After 20 minutes, I got out and got dressed. I headed to Ant's room and knocked on the door. I guess he was downstairs too since he didn't come to the door. I went downstairs and to my surprise, I found everyone in the kitchen eating breakfast.

"Well look who decided to come out of her deep slumber," said Jackie. I just blushed and took a seat at the table. Stasi placed my food in front of me and I dug in.

"When's the last time you ate sis?" asked Jax.

"I don't remember. Whenever I'm having problems with my family, I prefer to stay outta sight."

"That's not good. You gonna start eating more now," said Stasi.

"I'll try," I told her.

"So let's continue this conversation from yesterday," said Jackie. "How about you fill us in about why you got kicked out because the twins don't know much about what happened to you."

"Ummmm. Long story short, my parents favorite my older brothers over me but they always deny it. We got into it about them just barging into my room without knocking and from there everything just went down hill. So know everyone is blaming me for the division and since I didn't want to bow down to them and kiss their butts now I'm the problem child. I didn't apologize because I didn't get an apology either so they said I was being disrespectful and grown so they told me to leave. The End."

"Well I hope you can find a way to work something out with your family," said Stasi. " Because you are still young and you are gonna need all of the support you can get."

"I know but this isn't the first time I've gone through this so it doesn't faze me anymore. I'm just gonna focus on school and my career," I told them.

"That's good to hear. So the same thing we expect from our kids, we are gonna expect from you too," said Stasi. "We know you all work at the same place and at the same time so curfew is at midnight. The weekends curfew is at 1am. We believe in schoolwork before work or anything else because education is important. School is the number one priority."

"You guys don't have to ever worry about school with me. I'm graduating from college the same day as our high school graduation so believe me when I say school has my upmost focus," I told them.

"What???" said Jax.

"That's amazing babe. Look at my smartass girlfriend," said Ant. I blushed and told them thanks.

"You should be very proud of that," said Jackie. "Not many people could handle all of that work and pressure and with you now working on top of that too, you are very determined."

"Yes. You are a very dedicated young lady," said Stasi.

"Thanks. I appreciate all the compliments. You guys are actually the first people who knows about the double graduation. My parents don't even know," I told them.

"Well your family should be apart of the good news but in due time whenever you want to tell them," said Stasi.

"In due time," I told her.

"Now continuing on with the rules," said Jackie. "Clean up after yourself, if you are going somewhere or if you are coming back home late, you need to let us know. No TV, phone, computer or anything electronic until all your chores and schoolwork are completed. No company allowed over without our prior knowledge and once a week everyone decides what day they want to cook dinner so you need to choose between Saturday, Monday or Wednesday. Everything else is pretty much common sense."

"Our home is now your home," said Stasi. "If you have anymore more questions about anything just ask anyone of us.

"I do have one question for you Mrs. Jackie. Not to be nosy or rude or anything but are you with child right now?" I asked her. Both ladies looked at me surprised and Ant and Jax were looking confused as hell.

"No but we are trying to conceive again. Why did you ask that?" Jackie asked me.

"Because you are pregnant. Trust me. I can feel another being with you. I think you should go take a test. You might be surprised with the results."

"I didn't know you guys wanted any more kids," said Ant.

"Well Jackie wants to be the one to carry this time because I'm done having big headed ass kids," said Stasi laughing. Jackie joined along with her.

"Hardee har har. Not funny," said Jax.

"You guys do have some big heads," I said. "But I do believe you should go take a test Mrs. Jackie.

"I'm gonna do that right now just to see if you're right or not. Come on babe," she said to Stasi.

"Just because we didn't let ya'll go to school today doesn't mean ya'll don't have shit to do so get to it," she said disappearing down the hallway.

"Ughhhhhh. I thought we was in the clear too," said Ant.

"Come on so we can finish all this stuff up. The faster we get it done, the faster we can just chill out," said Jax. They told me what I had to do and we got started. Ant had to clean up the kitchen, the two offices and mop the floors. Jax had to sweep, dust and do the laundry and I had to clean up the room, meal prep for tonight's dinner and mow the lawn. I started with the lawn first and after an hour of doing that, I went back inside the house to take a shower and get started on everything else I needed to get done.

"What you thinking about making tonight babe?" asked Ant holding my waist from behind. "Wait. Do you even know how to cook?"

"Boy. If you don't move. And you just gotta wait and see," I told him brushing him aside. I pulled out some steaks, some potatoes, tomatoes, turkey spam, red onions, white onions, broccoli, rotini pasta, and some other ingredients. I told Ant to set up the grill for me so I could easily turn it on when I needed to use it. I started on the pasta salad first since it needed to be chilled. I had Jax and Ant to help me in the kitchen since they were done doing their chores. I cleaned the steaks and marinated them. I also added a dry rub spice to them as well and put them back in the fridge to chill for about an hour and a half. After I was done with the meal prep, I went back upstairs to take a little nap before the real work begins. I set my alarm for 5:30 pm and I knocked out.
