27. You Serious?!?!?!

The next morning I woke up around 9 and I don't even know why. I don't have school today and I don't start work until 3 this afternoon. I got up and brushed my teeth and made my way downstairs to find my grandma up and cooking breakfast.

"So, you were serious about getting a job huh?" she asked me.

"Yes. I started yesterday and I work the rest of the week," I told her.

"Sit down," she told me. "I thought your parents told you they didn't want you working."

I finished up my breakfast and told her thank you and went up to my room. I took a shower and did my hygiene and started on the school work my teachers emailed me. I finished around 12 noon and sent everything back so now I was just laying down. Before I knew it, I was knocked out.

*Dream Mode*

I jumped up with a startle, sweat dripping down my face and in between my legs stickier than cotton candy.

"What the fuck just happened?" I asked myself. I looked over at the clock and saw that it was already 2 leaving me with only 30 minutes before the twins came and picked me up. I got out of the bed and hurried up and got myself together before work. I finished with 10 minutes to spare so I went downstairs and got me a water bottle and some fruit snacks.

"I need to talk to Jax about this cause I'm so confused right now," I spoke to myself. I guess I ended up blanking out again because when I came out of it Jax was honking the horn outside. I grabbed everything I needed and locked up the house. I made my way outside and to her car.

"Hey guys,"  I said while getting in her car without making eye contact.

"Hey. Are you good? Ant asked.

"Yeah yeah. I'm good but Jax I need to talk to you when we get a chance," I told her.

"Alright," she stated questionably. "You sure you good though?"

"Yeah, I'm good I just woke up from a nap that's it."

"Alright then. Where we finna go out to eat cause Jae pushed back our schedules to come in at 3:30 instead," said Ant.

"I want some sushi," said Jax.

"Me too. I was just thinking that shit," I told her.

"Well then, sushi it is then," said Ant.

"And they'll give ya'll a discount on your food," I said.

"What you mean ya'll like you not finna eat too," said Ant.

"That's not what I'm saying. I eat there so much they know my order and my name by heart so they just give me free food but since ya'll with me they'll give ya'll a discount on your meal."

"Ohhh. Ok let's go then," said Jax while pulling off. We listened to some Eminem and started rapping along to his song 'Lose Yourself". Eminem is bae asf. He's old enough to be my daddy but he can still get all this work.

"Your loud mouth ass has been real quiet back there," said Ant.

"Boy if you don't hop off my clit," I told him.

"I can't hop off if you never even let me hop on," said Ant. "So what you tryna do?"

"Jax get your brother cause he being real thirsty."

"Don't put me in this. That's your bestie so you better handle that."

"Irking," I mumbled under my breath. We finally pulled up to the mall and got out. We walked inside and to the food court to get our sushi. We ordered and of course Ant paid as usual.

"Nigga stop paying if you gonna complain about it right after the fact," I said.

"I'm grown so I can do whatever I want."

"Yeah ok big boy," said Jax. We picked up our food and sat down at a nearby table.

"So I talked to your brothers today," said Jax.

"My who?" I said. "Nah. I'm an only child."

"See don't even be like that," said Ant.

"Be like what? I'm dead ass serious so they can also kiss my ass with the rest of my family."

"Oh shit. Today is just not the day," said Jax.

"Why you say that?" Ant asked.

"Turn around," she told us. We both turned around and low and behold my brothers and Aiden were here at the Chick Fil A across from us. I turned back around and continued to eat my food.

"I don't know who they are. Do ya'll know them from school or something? Are they new students?" I asked them stupidly.

"You are so petty and I fucking love it. That's why you my bestie," said Ant giving me a high five.

"Ant don't encourage her. For real Beau ya'll gotta work this out. Ya'll are family."

"I don't gotta do a damn thing but stay thick and black," I said.

"Amen to that," said Ant goofy ass.

"Well I don't know what you finna do cause they making their way on over here," said Jax.

My day just keeps on getting better and fucking better.
