CHAPTER TWENTY-THREE

IRIS'

Nakawala ako sa pagkakatali ni Lilith dahil kay Kelly. Damn that woman! Kelly is my sister's adoptive child.

"Thank you for freeing me from Lilith's." 

She smiled and hugged me. "No worries. Kharis needs you there."  nangunot ang noo ko. 

Kwinento nya sa akin kung ano yung nakita nya sa loob ng gubat. "What the hell!? Why did she summoning the blood fire!?"

Blood Fire is the combining power of poisonous blood and raging fire with someone who can pulled that off in any form. 

"She's protecting them but they're stopping her from doing the spell. They already have a bites and bruises." 

Tumango naman ako at nagpasalamat sa kanya. "You should go back to the academy. Duchess needs you there." 

She nodded. I locate Kharis and the gang' s location before teleporting there.

Pagdating ko ay sakto nasa ibabaw ng puno si Kharis. I heard she's starting to cast the spell.

"I'll help you to cast the spell." she opened her eyes and turned her gazed to me.

She hugged me. I smiled. I hope this would help everyone and I can see that they have shield.

"I know what you're up to." I hold her hand and closed my eyes.

We chant in unison. I can feel her power—the raged, the desired to be saved. It's overflowing.

I open my eyes as I saw the ball of Lava and fire with blood. It's weird.

It became rain drops which is really dangerous for everyone but I'm hundred percent sure that they're fine and well-protected.

Nagkatinginan kami at sabay ns tinaas ang magkahawak na kamay. Sumenyas sya na bumagsak sa mga rogues.

Tumingin ako sa baba at nandoon silang lahat. Isa-isang nag aangat ng tingin kung saan nanggagaling ang mga apoy.

"Damn it! She's really stubborn!"

Hindi sila natatamaan at nanlaki ang mata ko ang itsura ni Astrid at Ash even Victor.

They have bites and bruises. They can be the sacrificial lamb but Kharis chose to sacrifice herself fhatwould harm anyone than to sacrifice them.

Damn these creatures!

They jumped when they saw me. "Ayos ka lang ba?" tanong ni Victor.

Before he could hugged me I slapped the boys and smack Nicole, Michelle and Astrid for stopping Kharis.

Nagreact silang lahat maliban kay Chloe na nakaupo at nakangisi.

"You dimwits! You could've died there! Hindi kayo nagtiwalay kay Selene!"

"Delikado ang gustong gawin ni Kharis!"

"We could've—"

Humalukipkip ako. "Namatay ka ba?" sagot ko kay Victor.

Ash, Juan Nicolas don't have any reaction, I bet they know what is running through her head.

Sadyang bugok lang talaga ang iba. "Nanggigil ako sa inyo! She's not risking for nothing. Alam nyong lahat yan."

Lumingon ako kay Victor. "Wala kang tiwala sa kapatid mo. You know what she can do there!" sininghalan ko si Victor.

We heard a loud thud. Napantingin kami sa baba at nandoon si Kharis may kagat at mga sugat sa katawan.
